Abstract: Provided is a two-stage self-organizing optimized aggregation method and system for distributed resources of a virtual power plant. First-stage aggregation oriented to a distribution transformer area is completed by taking a natural physical cluster composed of distributed energy resources in the distribution transformer area as a first stage, performing aggregation by using an edge computing server deployed in the distribution transformer area, constructing a generalized transformer area load model including wind power, photovoltaic power, and a load, aggregating distributed gas turbines and generators of small hydropower stations in the distribution transformer area into a unified virtual synchronous generator model, aggregating distributed energy storage devices in the distribution transformer area into a centralized virtual energy storage model; second-stage aggregation across distribution transformer areas is completed by uploading all parameters of the generalized transformer area load model, the virtual synchronous generator model, and the virtual energy storage model to a cloud end.

Abstract: This paper describes an invention involving an electrochemical discharge-enabled micro-grinding process for micro-components of silicon-based materials. The specific machining method is described below. A micro-grinding tool and an auxiliary electrode are respectively connected to the negative and positive electrodes of a pulsed DC power supply. When the current flows through the loop, an electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) occurs at the micro-grinding tool in the grinding fluid, which generate multiple hydrogen bubbles. The bubbles coalesce into an insulating gas film and separate the micro-grinding tool from the grinding fluid; when the critical voltage is reached, the gas film is broken down and an electrochemical discharge occurs accompanied by discharge spark; under the action of the discharge spark, the surface material of the workpiece in the discharge-affected region is directly ablated to generate a heat-affected layer (HAL), namely, physical modification.

Abstract: A method and a sensor for detecting L-arginine are provided. The method includes synthesizing ferrocene-functionalized hexadecapeptide dithiocyclopentane (FC-P16 Peptide), preparing a polypeptide composite membrane-modified electrode (FC-P16 Peptide/AuE), detecting L-Arg and other steps. The results show that the polypeptide composite membrane-modified electrode (FC-P16 Peptide/AuE) exhibits excellent electrochemical response properties to L-Arg. In 10 mmol/L phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, pH=7.4), the DPV response peak current of the polypeptide composite membrane-modified electrode has an excellent linear relationship with the L-Arg concentration of 1.0×10−13 mol/L to 1.0×10−7 mol/L, with a detection limit of 1.0×10−13 mol/L. With prominent reproducibility, repeatability and selectivity, the modified electrode has potential application in life science and nutritional health.

Abstract: The invention employs a folding arm conveyor that rotates horizontally. Abstract: Disclosed is a design reference value quantification method for a modifier dosage of modified asphalt. A curve of unsaturation degree of the modified asphalt as a function of the modifier dosage is plotted, in which the unsaturation degree of a series of modified asphalts is determined by potentiometric titration; further, an inflection point of the unsaturation degree of the modified asphalt as a function of the modifier dosage in the asphalt is obtained by data fitting and analysis, and a reference value of the dosage of the modifier added in the process design of the modified asphalt is established.

Abstract: A method for a selective detection of L-tryptophan (L-Trp) using formaldehyde as a medium is disclosed. The method includes preparation of a copper sulfide nanosheets-chitosan/acidified functionalized multi-wall carbon nanotubes (CuS NS-CS/F-MWCNTs) composite material, preparation of a composite film-modified electrode CuS NS-CS/F-MWCNTs/GCE, and a detection of the L-Trp. Since oxidation peaks of L-Trp and L-tyrosine (L-Tyr) overlap and are difficult to separate, the present invention provides a method for a highly selective detection of L-Trp through the Pictet-Spengler reaction of formaldehyde (HCHO) with L-Trp, in which the oxidation peak potential of L-Trp is shifted to 0.82 V and the oxidation peak potential of L-Tyr is 0.63 V, thereby effectively avoiding the interference of L-Tyr. The CuS NS-CS/F-MWCNTs/GCE is applied to detect L-Trp in the formaldehyde medium without any interference from L-Tyr or other amino acids with 50-fold concentrations.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for predicting prestress loss after concrete cracking along strand. Corrosion-induced cracking is modeled by the thick-wall cylinder theory, the expansive pressure is evaluated with the residual tensile stress by cracked concrete and confining stress by un-cracked concrete during concrete cracking process. Considering the effect of strand corrosion, the bond strength of corroded strand is evaluated from the contributions of adhesion stress, confinement stress and expansive pressure. A method for prestress loss in corroded pre-tensioned concrete member is proposed with the strain compatibility and force equilibrium equations, incorporating the coupling effects of concrete cracking and bond degradation. The present invention proposes a method for predicting the prestress loss after concrete cracking along strand, which can incorporate the coupling effects of concrete cracking and bond degradation. It has a great significance to evaluate the prestress loss in existing pre-tensioned concrete beams.
