摘要: The invention provides an adhesion promoter composition comprising at least one polymer A selected from at least one epoxy resin-phenol resin precondensate, a mixture of at least one epoxy resin-phenol resin precondensate and epoxy resins, a mixture of epoxy resins and phenol resins, polyamide resins and mixtures thereof, and at least one copolyamide-based hotmelt adhesive. Additionally described is a primer composition comprising at least one polymer B selected from saturated polyester resins, epoxy-phenol resin precondensates, mixtures of epoxy resins and phenol resins, and mixtures thereof, at least one crosslinker resin selected from the group consisting of melamine resins, blocked isocyanate resins and mixtures thereof, at least one catalyst, and at least one copolyamide-based hotmelt adhesive.

摘要: An electrochemical method for coupling anilines. When coupling two different anilines, the difference of the oxidation potential of the substrates is in the region of between 10 mV to 450 mV, and the aniline with the highest oxidation potential is added in excess. The method allows biaryldiamines to be electrochemically produced, and can avoid the need for multi-step syntheses using metallic reagents.

摘要: A process can prepare a colourless, methanolic solution of 3-(N-benzyl-2-aminoethyl)aminopropyltrimethoxysilane hydrochloride. The process includes, in step 1 fractionally distilling the vinylbenzyl chloride reactant component with addition of at least one stabilizer, and in step 2, metering and mixing the distillate (vinylbenzyl chloride) from step 1 into an initial charge of N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and methanol in a molar ratio of the N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane to vinylbenzyl chloride of 1.0:0.80 to 1.0:1.15 and at a temperature in the range from 40 to 60° C. and leaving them to react further. 摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing aqueous hydrolysates of aminoalkyltrialkoxysilanes by (a) initially charging water, optionally heating, (b) adding hydrolysable silanes consisting of at least one aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane in an amount which provides a molar ratio of water to total amount of aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane of 10.5 to 20, and (c) distilling off the alkyl alcohol formed in the reaction, wherein the solids content in an aqueous composition thus prepared is 30% to 55% by weight, based on the composition, and the aqueous solution has a total content of free and bound alkyl alcohol of not more than 1% by weight, based on the composition.

摘要: A multilayer composite containing the following layers: I. a first layer (layer I) of a molding compound containing at least 40 wt. % of the following components: 1) 60 to 99 parts by wt. of a copolyamide based on hexamethylenediamine, terephthalic acid and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 8 to 19 carbon atoms and 2) 40 to 1 parts by wt. of an olefinic copolymer as impact modifier, wherein the parts by wt. of 1) and 2) sum to 100; II. a second layer (layer II) of a molding compound containing at least 60 wt. % of EVOH; III. a third layer of a polyamide molding compound, has a high heat distortion temperature, a very good impact resistance, a high elongation at break and good layer adhesion.

摘要: During start-up of a continuous epoxidation of propene with hydrogen peroxide in a methanol solvent with a shaped titanium silicalite catalyst in a tube bundle reactor with a cooling jacket, cooling medium is fed at the rate for full load of the reactor with a constant entry temperature of from 20° C. to 50° C., methanol solvent is fed at a rate of from 50 to 100% for full load of the reactor, hydrogen peroxide is fed at a rate that starts with no more than 10% of the rate for full load and is increased continuously or stepwise to maintain a maximum temperature in the fixed bed of no more than 60° C. and a difference between the maximum temperature in the fixed bed and the cooling medium entry temperature of no more than 20° C., and propene is fed at a rate of from 20 to 100% of the rate for full load, increasing the feeding rate when the molar ratio of propene to hydrogen peroxide reaches the molar ratio for full load.
