In one particular embodiment, the techniques may be realized as a method for data matching in a contact center system comprising determining, by at least one computer processor communicatively coupled to and configured to operate in the contact center system, an interaction event time associated with a historical contact interaction; determining, by the at least one computer processor, an outcome event time associated with a historical contact interaction outcome; analyzing, by the at least one computer processor, the interaction event time and the outcome event time to determine a correlation; and matching, by the at least one computer processor, the historical contact interaction with the historical contact interaction outcome based on the correlation.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a system and method for creating third party Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software applications including a customized graphical user interface (GUI) to manage interactions between a business and its customers and/or prospects. The system comprises a response database system storing historical responses of businesses to questions regarding its business, fields to use in its GUI and placement of fields in the GUI. A usage database system stores actual usage data from ongoing third party CRM software applications. A software user interface operates on one or more user processing systems which is operative to present questions to a business user regarding its business, fields to use in the GUI and placement of fields in the GUI. A server system is in operative communication with the response database system, the actual usage database system, and the software user interface and operating CRM implementation software comprising a software prediction engine, the software prediction engine being operative to control the software user interface to present questions to the business user and to store current responses in the response database system, the software prediction engine automatically compares current responses to historical responses and actual usage data to recommend what fields to use in the GUI, when in the process such fields should appear and where in the GUI to display the fields. The server system is programmed to communicate with the software user interface to present the recommendations to the business user and to respond to approval of the business user to the recommendations, configuring the CRM software application comprising the customized GUI and creating Application Programming Interface (API) connections that interact and sync the customized GUI with API layers in the business users CRM software.

    摘要: Systems and methods relating to preparing data for use in a printing operation are provided. One method includes receiving selected records from a first data source. The selected records have been subjected to a first record characteristic updating step and the selected records comprise mail information useful for delivery of printed materials. The method further includes updating the selected records with a second record characteristic updating step. A time at which the second record characteristic updating step is performed is determined in relation to a print production schedule for the printed materials. The method further includes creating a postal pre-sort file based upon the updated selected records for use in the printing operation. The printing operation is performed on a printing device based on the pre-sorted records.

    摘要: A proxy server receives a first request from a first user to access a resource hosted by a cloud-based server. The proxy server inserts a first tenant control header into the first request specifying a tenant identifier. The tenant identifier indicates a tenant permitted to access the resource. The proxy server then transmits the first request with the inserted first tenant control header to the cloud-based server. In response to receiving a first response indicating a rejection of the first request with the inserted first tenant control header, the proxy server transmits the first request again to the cloud-based server but without the first tenant control header. The proxy server then logs the first request as an access request using a non-permitted tenant identifier.
