    摘要： A composition for treating, controlling, reducing, ameliorating, or preventing allergy comprises a dissociated glucocorticoid receptor agonist (“DIGRA”), a prodrug thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable ester thereof. The composition can comprise an anti-allergic medicament and/or an additional anti-inflammatory agent and can be formulated for topical application, injection, or implantation. The anti-allergic medicament can comprise an antihistamine, a mast-cell stabilizer, a leukotriene inhibitor, an immunomodulator, an anti-IgE agent, or a combination thereof.

    摘要： A sports system may include a base and a support structure that is sized and configured to support a goal, such as a netball goal or a basketball goal, at a height above a playing surface. The base may be constructed from plastic and may include a hollow interior portion that is sized and configured to receive ballast. The base may also include a protrusion that is sized and configured to abut a support surface and the protrusion may have an at least substantially solid construction. The sports system may further include a brace that may be connected to the support structure and the base. The brace may be disposed through an opening formed in the base and it may be connected to the base by a sleeve and a pin that is disposed within a receiving portion formed in the base.

    摘要： An improved system and method for controlling the temperature of fluids during a mixing procedure or a chemical, pharmaceutical, or biological process is disclosed. One embodiment of the system comprises: a first collapsible bag including a perimeter and a maximum dimension thereacross measured at full expansion of the first collapsible bag; a first interior surface portion; a second interior surface portion; one or more welds connecting the first and second interior surface portions of the first collapsible bag so as to form a channel between the first and second interior surface portions, an inlet connected to a first portion of the channel; an outlet connected to a second portion of the channel, the channel defining a bulk fluid flow pathway through the first collapsible bag from the inlet to the outlet; and a first temperature-controlling surface in contact with a first exterior surface portion of the first collapsible bag. A heat exchanger in fluid communication with another vessel that can hold or store the heated or cooled fluid is also disclosed.
