    摘要: To provide a fluororesin film whereby discoloration, a change in solar reflectance and deterioration of mechanical strength can be stably and highly prevented for a long period of time, despite containing titanium oxide, and processes for its production. A fluororesin film having a pigment dispersed in a fluororesin, wherein as the pigment, composite particles are used which are characterized in that each of them comprises, in order from the inside, a particle containing titanium oxide, a first covering layer containing a composite oxide of silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, a second covering layer containing cerium oxide and a third covering layer containing silicon oxide, and their average particle size is from 0.15 to 3 μm.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a fluororesin film usable as the outermost layer of a back sheet for a solar cell module, which is a dark type fluororesin film having a sufficient electric insulation property and weather resistance, and which is particularly excellent in thermal resistance; and a back sheet for a solar cell module employing such a film.A dark type fluororesin film, which is a fluororesin film to be used for a back sheet of a solar cell module, which contains an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer as the main component and contains from 1.0 to 4.5 parts by mass of a carbon black having a pH of from 8 to 10 as measured according to JIS K6221 section 6.4.2 based on 100 parts by mass of the ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer. Further, a back sheet 1 comprising a laminate including a fluororesin film 11 being the dark type fluororesin film as the outermost layer.

    摘要: An optical module includes a stem; a first lead pin and a second lead pin for receiving differential signals, the first and second lead pins penetrating the stem; a mount block fixed to the stem; a laser diode having a pair of electrodes; a submount mounted on the mount block and having an interdigital capacitor, and a plurality of electrode patterns on a surfaces on the submount; and a first wire and a second wire electrically connecting the submount to the first and second lead pins, respectively. The laser diode is mounted on one of the electrode patterns on the submount and connected to another one of the electrode patterns on the submount by a third wire such that the laser diode and the interdigital capacitor form an electrical circuit. The interdigital capacitor has a capacitance selected to reduce signal reflection at a selected frequency.
