摘要: A management apparatus and a management method which can forecast inspection time before the lowering of performance or the occurrence of abnormality in a heat source unit for an air conditioner are provided. The operating condition of the air conditioner heat source unit is monitored by a central monitoring unit of the management apparatus connected to the heat source unit through an information communication network. Operating data of the heat source unit is analyzed so that the lowering of the performance and the advance of the degree of abnormality in the heat source unit are diagnosed. Thus, the loss of a user caused by the failure stop or the performance lowering of the heat source unit is reduced. Further, the load on the heat source unit is grasped by the central monitoring unit so that remote central control is carried out to make the operating cost minimal.

摘要: A two-stage absorption refrigerating apparatus includes an integrated drum in which a low-pressure evaporator and a low-pressure absorber are arranged in an upper part and a high-pressure evaporator and a high-pressure absorber are arranged in a lower part. Uncondensed gas resulted in a high-temperature generator and elsewhere successively moves toward a low-pressure side along with a circulation of refrigerant and solution. The uncondensed gas deposited in the high-pressure absorber is extracted by bleeding device, and the uncondensed gas deposited in the low-pressure absorber is extracted by an ejector. The extracted uncondensed gas is stored into a gas storage tank via a gas-liquid separator. A valve is provided on the gas storage tank.

摘要: A vapor deposition apparatus for supplying raw-material gas into a reactor to form a thin film on a wafer substrate disposed in the reactor by vapor deposition, including at least a rotator for mounting the wafer substrate thereon, a treatment gas introducing port, a straightening vane having plural holes, and a wafer substrate feed-in/out port, wherein the lowermost portion of the wafer feed-in/out port is located at a predetermined height from the upper surface of the rotator, and the difference in height between the lowermost portion of the wafer feed-in/out port and the upper surface of the rotator is set to be larger than the thickness of a transition layer of the upper portion of the rotator. In a vapor deposition method, a wafer substrate is mounted on the rotator to form a thin film having little defect and uniform film thickness on the wafer substrate by using the vapor deposition apparatus.

摘要: A method for making plastic case blanks is disclosed. A molten plastic material is passed through a nip of a first, preforming pair of molding cylinders to form a semi-solidified sheet having a first thickness, The semi-solidified sheet is then molded to form a final sheet having a second, uniform thickness less than the first thickness and the final sheet is scored to form folding scores and cut to form a plurality of the blanks. The molding, scoring and cutting are simultaneously performed by passing the semi-solidified sheet through a nip of a second pair of cylinders. One of the second pair of cylinders has scoring means for forming the folding scores in the final sheet and cutting means for cutting the final sheet to form the plurality of the blanks and the other of the second pair of cylinders has recess means complementary to the cutting means for receiving the cutting means and effectuating the cutting.

摘要: A package comprising a case which comprises a bottom member and a cover member, and a plurality of disk-form magnetic recording mediums, each having a central hole, which are contained in the case in a stacked state one on another while an upright pillar standing on the center of the bottom member is relatively inserted into the central holes of the disk-form magnetic recording mediums. The package may be tied from the outside by binding means or may be wrapped by a plastic film by means of a vacuum packing. The disk-form magnetic recording mediums packed in the case are protected from the dust and the moisture perfectly, and the damage of the recording mediums caused by the rubbing therebetween by vibrations or the like during the transit can be prevented by the upright pillar inserted into the holes of the recording mediums.

摘要: A gas injection valve of a gas engine includes a valve body having a nozzle chamber with nozzle holes for injecting fuel gas, a first gas passage for introducing fuel gas, and a second gas passage communicable at one end to the first gas passage and at the other end to the nozzle chamber. A first needle valve closes and opens communication between the first and second gas passages. A second needle valve closes and opens communication between the second gas passage and the nozzle chamber. The first and second needle valves are urged in the closing direction thereof. A hydraulic actuator opens the two needle valves. An extreme tip of the first needle valve in closed state is disposed within and exposed to the interior of the second gas passage.

摘要: Apparatus for storing and retrieving individual file folders including a pair of symmetrical shelf units, positioned face to face and having a moveable column designed to move horizontally between the shelf units. A carriage is attached to the moveable column and is designed to move vertically between the shelf units. Store or retrieve commands are placed into the system via an operations table and in response to the commands individual file folders are stored and retrieved. Individual storage and retrieval is accomplished by apparatus designed to push aside adjoining file folders to gain access to a storage position and by code marks included on the shelf units to identify individual storage positions.
