    摘要: A method for evaluating the refractive index homogeneity of an optical member includes passing light through an optical member (1) used for photolithography. The side surface (1a) with respect to the optical axis (AX) of the optical member (1) is retained by elastic members (4) at a plurality of positions disposed at equal intervals to pass light through the optical member (1) and measure a wave front aberration. The optical member is rotated around the optical axis (AX) by the equal interval to measure a wave front aberration again and determine the difference from the initial measurement. The optical member (1) is moved in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis (AX) to measure a wave front aberration again and determined the difference from the initial measurement. The refractive index homogeneity of the optical member can be accurately evaluated from those differences by using fitting of the Zernike cylindrical function.

The tongue can be smoothly inserted into the buckle to improve the manipulation feeling in inserting the tongue.

    摘要: In a latched state of a buckle in which a tongue is engaged, an inertia lever member of a movement preventing device enters into a path of a lock pin. When the buckle is pulled by a buckle pretensioner in this state, the inertia lever member moves in the longitudinal direction, and pressed portions of the inertia lever member are held by a holding portion, so that the inertia lever member does not pivot and the levers are thus held in the path of the lock pin. At the end of pretensioning, the buckle is stopped. Since the moment produced by the inertia force acting on the center of gravity of mass body of the movement preventing device is larger than the moment produced by the inertia force of an operational button, the inertia lever member does not pivot, so that the inertia lever member can be held in the path of the lock pin. In the buckle, the inertia release can be effectively prevented with a simple structure.

When a lock member of the buckle is disposed in a locking position, a magnetic field produced by a magnet and applied to an IC Hall element differs from a case where the lock member is disposed in a non-locking position. The difference of the magnetic field is caused by the magnetic lock member moved close to the magnet and the IC Hall element, whereby an electrical current outputted by the electromotive force of the IC Hall element is changed.     摘要: A buckle is formed of a base, a latch member supported by side walls of the base so that the latch member can pivot between its non-engaged position and its engaged position, an operational member manipulated to cancel an engagement between the tongue and the latch member; and a lock member. The lock member is arranged to move only in the longitudinal direction of the buckle. Thus, the movement of the lock member is simplified to improve controlling ability of the latch member.
