摘要: A power-up detector comprises a voltage divider for dividing a power voltage in a predetermined ratio, and a potential detector for comparing a predetermined potential with a potential divided by the voltage divider, and outputting the comparison result. Although the state of an external power voltage, which is inputted after a power-up signal is generated when a power voltage rises over a predetermined level, is changed by noise, the level of the power-up signal is not changed unless the power voltage falls below a predetermined level. Accordingly, a semiconductor device can be stably initialized.

摘要: Methods of forming integrated circuit devices use metal CMP slurry compositions having relatively low chemical etch rate and relatively high mechanical polishing rate characteristics. The relatively high mechanical polishing rate characteristics are achieved using relatively high concentrations of mechanical abrasive (e.g., ≧8 wt %) in combination with sufficient quantities of a wetting agent to inhibit micro-scratching of underlying surfaces (e.g., insulating layers, conductive vias, . . . ) being polished. The slurry compositions also include a highly stable metal-propylenediaminetetraacetate (M-PDTA) complex, which may operate to inhibit metal-oxide re-adhesion on the metal surface being polished and/or inhibit oxidation of the metal surface by chelating with the surface.

摘要: An apparatus (transceiver) and method for transmitting and receiving broadcast information based on rating are provided. The transmitter of the transceiver includes a producing part and a transmitter controller. The producing part produces at least two different versions of at least a portion of a program, the two different versions having different program ratings. The transmitter controller transmits the produced versions to a receiver of the transceiver. The receiver includes a receiver controller receiving the versions transmitted from the transmitter controller, selecting one of the received versions based on rating information, and presenting the selected version.

摘要: Provided are apparatus and method for processing bell sound in a wireless terminal. Position data of sound source samples corresponding to bell sound contents are extracted in advance and then replayed. In the apparatus for processing bell sound, musical score data are parsed from bell sound contents, and position data of sound source samples corresponding to the parsed musical score data are extracted, then establishing a database. By repeatedly using the position data of the sound source samples corresponding to the musical score data to be used one or more times, it is unnecessary to perform the process of repeatedly parsing the sound source so as to read the sound source position information during the real-time replay of the bell sound, resulting in reduction of the system load.
