摘要: A compressor mounting device can be used for mounting a compressor to a vehicle body frame. The compressor mounting device includes a main body to be mounted to the vehicle body frame through first and second frame mounting units integrally formed to one end and the other end and including first and second compressor mounting units formed to be protruded upwardly between the first and second frame mounting units so as to be mounted to first and second lugs formed in the compressor. A main bush unit is mounted to the first and second compressor mounting units and connects the compressor and the first and second compressor mounting units through the first and second lugs to lessen vibration generated from the compressor from being transmitted to the vehicle body frame through the main body.

摘要: A heat pump system for a vehicle is provided. The system includes an engine cooling device having a first radiator and a first water pump connected via a first coolant line. An electrical equipment cooling device includes a second radiator and a second water pump connected via a second coolant line. A battery module is disposed in a battery coolant line selectively connected with the second coolant line. An air conditioner is connected with the battery coolant line and includes a third water pump and a cooler disposed in the first connection line. A heating device is connected with the first coolant line via a third valve and includes a fourth water pump and a heater disposed in the second connection line. A centralized energy (CE) module supplies a coolant to the air conditioner, is connected with the coolant lines to supply a high-temperature coolant to the heating device.

摘要: A method of controlling an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided. The method includes detecting a cooling mode while the vehicle is being driven and comparing a vent discharge temperature of air with a cooling target temperature set by a user. When the vent discharge temperature is greater than the cooling target temperature the compressor RPM is determined and air is introduced into the vehicle without passing through the interior heat exchanger and the electric heater. When the vent discharge temperature is less than the cooling target temperature, the compressor RPM is determined and a door in the system is opened to guide the air through the interior heat exchanger to heat the air is heated and then the vent discharge temperature is compared with the cooling target temperature again, and the electric heater is operated.

And HVAC module includes an internal heater connected to the cooling line through a first connection line, a cooler connected to the battery cooling line through a second connection line, and an opening or closing door provided between the internal heater and the cooler and controlling external air passing through the cooler to be selectively introduced into the internal heater depending on cooling, heating, and heating and dehumidifying modes of the vehicle. A centralized energy is connected to each of the battery cooling line and the cooling line.
