Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a light emitting diode including an anode and a cathode; a first transistor electrically connected to the light emitting diode, and including: a first semiconductor including an oxide semiconductor; a first gate electrode disposed above the first semiconductor; and a first drain electrode electrically connected to the first semiconductor; a second transistor comprising: a second semiconductor including a silicon semiconductor; a second gate electrode disposed above the second semiconductor; and a second drain electrode electrically connected to the second semiconductor, wherein the second drain electrode is electrically connected to the first gate electrode of the first transistor; and a metal electrode disposed between the anode and the first drain electrode and electrically connected to the first drain electrode, wherein the metal electrode is partially overlapped the first gate electrode in a normal direction of the substrate.

Abstract: A light-emitting device includes a substrate, a light-emitting diode, a first layer, a color filter layer, and a second layer. The light-emitting diode is disposed on the substrate. The first layer is disposed on the substrate and has an opening. At least a portion of the light-emitting diode is disposed in the opening of the first layer. The color filter layer is disposed on the light-emitting diode. The second layer is disposed on the first layer and has an opening overlapped with the opening of the first layer. The second layer is configured to shield light emitted from the light-emitting diode. In the cross-sectional view of the light-emitting device, the minimum width of the opening of the first layer is less than the minimum width of the opening of the second layer.

The driving transistor is disposed on the substrate and includes a gate electrode, and the gate electrode projects a first projection profile on the substrate. The first insulation layer is disposed on the driving transistor. The first electrode is disposed on the first insulation layer, and projects a second projection profile on the substrate. The second insulation layer is disposed on the first electrode and the first insulation layer. Abstract: A method for an electronic device to receive fingerprint data is provided. The electronic device includes a touch unit, a display unit and a sensing unit. The display unit includes a plurality of blue pixels, a plurality of green pixels and a plurality of red pixels. The method includes receiving a finger touch signal through the touch unit. The method also includes determining a finger touch region in the touch unit according to the finger touch signal. The method further includes determining a first region in the display unit according to the finger touch region. In addition, the method includes turning off the plurality of blue pixels in the first region. The method also includes receiving the fingerprint data through the sensing unit.
