摘要： A semiconductor antenna switch has an antenna terminal, a transmission terminal and a reception terminal. The antenna switch is capable of reducing harmonic distortion even though it includes field effect transistors formed over a silicon substrate. A shunt transistor including a plurality of series-connected field effect transistors is connected between he transmission terminal and a common terminal, such as a common terminal, which may be an electrical ground. Off capacitances and/or gate widths of a plurality of the series-connected field effect transistors increase monotonically in the direction from the common terminal to the transmission terminal, or equivalently, decrease monotonically in the direction from the transmission terminal to the common terminal.

摘要： In view of achieving a cost reduction of an antenna switch, a technique is provided which can reduce harmonic distortion generated in the antenna switch as much as possible in particular even when the antenna switch is comprised of a field effect transistor formed over a silicon substrate. Each of a TX series transistor, an RX series transistor, and an RX shunt transistor is comprised of a low voltage MISFET, while a TX shunt transistor is comprised of a high voltage MISFET. Thus, by reducing the number of serial connections of the high voltage MISFETs constituting the TX shunt transistor, the nonuniformity of the voltage amplitudes applied to the respective serially-coupled high voltage MISFETs is suppressed. As a result, the generation of high-order harmonics can be suppressed.

摘要： A technique capable of promoting miniaturization of an RF power module used in a mobile phone etc. is provided. A directional coupler is formed inside a semiconductor chip in which an amplification part of the RF power module is formed. A sub-line of the directional coupler is formed in the same layer as a drain wire coupled to the drain region of an LDMOSFET, which will serve as the amplification part of the semiconductor chip. Due to this, the predetermined drain wire is used as a main line and the directional coupler is configured by a sub-line arranged in parallel to the main line via an insulating film, together with the main line.

摘要： An endless dough conveyor 16 is provided with a resin endless toothed belt 18 instead of a metal chain. A toothed pulley 22 around which the endless toothed belt is wound is also made of resin. A rail 64 is disposed adjacent to a horizontal path of the belt, and a roller 46 attached to the belt is adapted to roll on the rail. At least two induction motors are provided for driving the endless toothed belt. The induction motors are supplied with electric power from a single inverter 35. At least a pulley is provided with a detecting unit 80. The detecting unit 80 detects a state in which teeth of the endless toothed belt climb onto that of the pulley, thereby predicting breakage of the belt. Thus, it is possible to prevent contamination of dough in a proofer.

摘要： A display apparatus is provided. A light beam emitted from a light source is applied through a light modulator and a projecting optical system to a scanning mirror. The light beam is reflected and scanned by the scanning mirror, and applied to a magnifying projection system entrance unit. A detection light beam emitted from a mirror angle detecting light source is reflected and scanned by the scanning mirror, and applied to a linear detector. Operation of the scanning mirror is controlled based on the position of the detection light beam which is detected by the linear detector. The present invention is applicable to a front projector or a rear projector.
