摘要： The present invention relates to a flexible multi-functional logic circuit which switches a current direction to a serial or parallel direction using at least two single electron transistors (SETs) having the same pattern and as many field effect transistors (FETs) as the number of the single electron transistors and performs operations on multi-valued signals using Coulomb oscillation that is the unique characteristic of SET to enable conversion of a single logic circuit to four basic logic circuits of NAND, OR, NOR and AND gates and a device using the same.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an inertial sensor, including: a membrane; a mass body disposed under the membrane; a sensing unit formed on the membrane and including a piezoelectric body; and a spring constant control unit formed to be spaced apart from the sensing unit and including a piezoelectric body. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the DC acceleration (in particular, gravity acceleration) can be measured by using the change in the spring constant without changing the structure of the inertial sensor including the piezoelectric material of the prior art.

摘要： There are provided a device for testing droplets and an operation method thereof. The device includes a receiving layer on which a sample is received; a plurality of pressure sensors disposed below the receiving layer, and generating changes in capacitance by the sample received on the receiving layer; and a control unit measuring changes in capacitance generated by the plurality of pressure sensors and determining whether the sample received on the receiving layer is defective. According to the present invention, a location and an amount of a sample received on a receiving layer are measured based on changes in capacitance generated by a plurality of respective pressure sensors disposed below the receiving layer, thereby precisely testing whether the sample ejected in droplet form is defective.
