The core metal (21) of the fixed side seal member (8) includes a fitting cylindrical part (61) fitted and fixed to the vehicle body side raceway member (3), a coupling part (62) extending towards the cylindrical part (31) of the rotating side seal member (9) and a moisture entering prevention cylindrical part (65) extending outward in the axial direction in continuation with the coupling part (62), and the outer end part in the axial direction of the fitting cylindrical part (61) is positioned in the resin (22).

摘要： A substrate processing apparatus flows a propagation liquid for propagating ultrasonic vibrations, and controls the flow rate thereof. The ultrasonic vibrations are scattered by the flow of the propagation liquid, so that a concentrated impact of the ultrasonic vibrations given on a substrate is relieved. The substrate processing apparatus can increase the output power of ultrasonic vibrations by controlling the flow rate of the propagation liquid while preventing a fine pattern formed on the substrate from stripping or falling down.

摘要： Carbon dioxide is dissolved in deionized water by the application of pressure to generate a carbon-dioxide-dissolved rinse. Substrates are immersed in a processing bath which retains the carbon-dioxide-dissolved rinse, and then lifted out of the processing bath in a chamber which is in an atmosphere of an IPA gas for drying. This can control the occurrence of problems resulting from remaining water between traces on a fine pattern, such as falling-down of cylinders, poor drying in trenches, and the like.

摘要： In a cleaning controller for a recording head of a recorder connected to an external device, a timer acquires a first time value indicating a current time from the external device, and performs cyclic clocking in which a first predetermined time period is repetitively clocked from a predetermined time point. A nonvolatile storage medium stores a second time value indicating a time at which a cleaning operation is lastly performed. A determinant compares the first and the second time values to obtain a third time value, and determines whether a cleaning operation is necessary to be performed based on the third time value. A cleaner performs a cleaning operation of the recording head based on the result determined by the determinant.

摘要： Biaxially-drawn polyester film for fabrication which is characterized in that it is a film comprising polyester in which ethylene terephthalate units and/or ethylene naphthalate units are the chief structural component and containing 0.1-2 wt % of a carnauba wax and 1 to 200 ppm of germanium, and the melting point of said film is 180-270° C., the angle of contact to water is 70°-120°, and the planar orientation coefficient is 0.08-0.15. This film shows outstanding release properties following repeated use, use after fabrication and use in an aqueous environment and, furthermore, it exhibits stable properties with little variation and, in particular, following lamination to metal sheet such as steel or aluminium, when used as the inner face of a fabricated metal can, it is outstanding in its non-stick properties to the contents, and provides a combination of heat resistance and processability.
