摘要: The compressor of the invention is reduced in the size of separation chamber by eliminating the separation pipes in the separation chamber, and is hence manufactured at low cost. The compressor of the invention is a compressor comprising a compressing mechanism (1, 2, 4) for compressing a fluid that contains lubricating oil, and a separation chamber (51) that is revolved by having introduced thereinto the fluid compressed by the compressing mechanism (1, 2, 4) and in which at least part of the lubricating oil contained in the fluid is separated by the centrifugal force produced by this revolution, in which only the introduced fluid is present in the separation chamber.

摘要: This invention provides a heating and cooking apparatus in which foods can be accommodated in a heating chamber with good maneuverability and an appropriate finish can be obtained. A temperature detector detects infrared radiation through an opening provided on a wall surface opposed to an opening part for taking in and out foods of a heating chamber. The temperature detector detects the temperature of a plurality of parts on a sealing having the substantially same electric wave penetrability as that of the bottom surface of the heating chamber. Accordingly, even when two foods are arranged right and left irrespective of the size of the foods, the temperature of both the foods can be detected. Then, the user does not needs to extend a hand to the interior of the heating chamber and arrange the foods in front and back positions.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of making a magnetic disk having a uniform textured structure with micro-waviness of fabrication depth of less than 20 nm, preferably less than 10 nm, and a local depth deviation of less than 5%, in which texture patterns are characterized by the fact that lateral surfaces of the structure are sloped or curved. The object has been achieved in a method for making a magnetic disk, having micro-waviness on a fabrication surface of a substrate for reducing dynamic friction and controlling head float, by rotating and irradiating the fabrication surface with a high energy beam from a beam surface at an inclined angle to the substrate surface. The surface is irradiated through a shielding mask having a specific pattern, so as to produce a transcription pattern on the substrate surface to produce a textured structure with micro-waviness having sloped or curved side surfaces.

摘要: A method for improving flux density in a vacuum valve, includes producing, with a vacuum valve, an axial magnetic field parallel to an arc generated between a movable and a stationary electrodes facing each other, and adjusting a magnitude of an axial flux density between the electrodes to increase gradually from a center area of the electrodes toward a circumferential area of each electrode. A point gives a maximum value (Bp) of the axial flux density at a location of and beyond 70% of a radius from the center of each electrode, and the maximum value (Bp) of the axial flux density in a radial line from the center to a circumferential end to be 1.4 to 2.4 times greater than a flux density of the center Bct of each electrode.
