    Abstract: An oil filter cap assembly for inhibiting used motor oil from leaking out of a used oil filter includes an oil filter that has an opening which is threaded thereby facilitating the opening to engage an oil filter port on an internal combustion engine. A cap is removably positioned in the opening of the oil filter and the cap is removed from the opening prior to installing the oil filter on the oil filter port. The cap is threadable into a used oil filter that is removed from the oil filter port thereby inhibiting used motor oil from spilling outwardly from the used oil filter.

    Abstract: A liquid filter for detachable arrangement at a liquid circuit has a filter bellows and an outlet opening at the clean side. A stop valve downstream of the filter bellows closes the outlet opening in an unmounted state of the liquid filter. The stop valve is opened mechanically by a discharge socket of the liquid circuit in a mounted state of the liquid filter. An assembly with liquid circuit and liquid filter detachably arranged at the liquid circuit is provided. The liquid filter has a filter bellows, an outlet opening at the clean side, and a stop valve downstream of the filter bellows closing the outlet opening in an unmounted state of the liquid filter, wherein a discharge socket of the liquid circuit connects to the clean side and actuates and opens mechanically the stop valve of the liquid filter in the mounted state of the liquid filter.

    Abstract: A filter capable of automatically cutting off gas flow, including: a housing (1) with a cavity, a filter element (2) disposed in the cavity, a blocking mechanism disposed in the flow channel (13), and an unblocking member (23). The housing is provided with an inlet end (11) and an outlet end (12). The filter element (2) is provided with a first chamber (21). A second chamber (23) is formed between the filter element (2) and the housing (1), and a flow channel (13) is disposed between the first chamber (21) and the inlet end (11). The blocking mechanism has an unblocking state in which the blocking mechanism is cooperated with the unblocking member (23) to allow a gas flow to flow out of the flow channel (13), and a blocking state in which the blocking mechanism prevents the gas flow from flowing out of the flow channel (13).

    Abstract: A filter device has a filter housing having two separable housing parts (1 and 11) that can receive at least one filter element (21). The housing parts can be connected to one another by a coupling device (7). The filter element (21), or an adapter that can be connected to it, forms a functionally essential component of the coupling device (7). Only when the filter element (21) has been placed in its functional position within at least one of the housing parts (1, 11), can the housing parts (1, 11) be connected to form the filter housing of a functional filter device.
