摘要： Disclosed is a transferring apparatus for a liquid material spray printer, which prevents shaking of a transferring table generated when the transferring table on which a subject to be coated is mounted is reciprocating. The transferring apparatus includes a flat table; a pinion gear installed to the flat table to transfer a driving force; a support roller installed to the flat table and having magnetism; and a transferring table installed to an upper portion of the flat table and supported by the support roller. A rack gear to be engaged with the pinion gear is installed to a lower surface of the transferring table to reciprocate within a range so that liquid material sprayed from a spray assembly is coated on a surface of the subject. Thus, shaking of the transferring table is prevented due to the magnetism of the support roller while the transferring table is reciprocating.

A discharge opening is formed at a lower end of the nozzle portion, and a channel connecting the discharge opening with a coating liquid feed tube coupled to an upper end of the nozzle portion is formed within the discharge opening. At the midstream of the channel, a liquid pool portion larger in diameter than the discharge opening is formed, the inside of which is provided with a filtering member formed by porous bodies blocking the channel. The filtering member forms a pressure loss portion, which absorbs pulsation occurring at the coating liquid feed tube before it reaches the discharge opening.

摘要： The present invention provides a spray delivery system and methods of use thereof, suitable for delivering a fan-shaped vaccine spray to birds or chicks held within an open-topped container, comprising a cover, an elongated guide rail mounted thereon, and a spray head may move reversibly on the guide rail. The spray head comprises a spray nozzle assembly having a spray port and optionally a fan-shaped nozzle for delivering a fan-shaped fluid spray. The cover has an elongated slot that permits the spray nozzle assembly to extend below the plane of the cover, while allowing the spray nozzle assembly freely traverse the length of an open-topped container placed beneath the cover. By reversibly moving the spray head along the guide rail, the spray delivery system can deliver a substantially uniform fluid spray to an open-topped container with minimal overspray and reduced fluid wastage.

摘要： A fluxer applies powdered flux to an object. The fluxer includes an enclosure that defines a chamber where the object is fluxed. The enclosure includes an inlet for receiving the object into the chamber prior to application of the flux and an outlet for discharging the object from the chamber after the flux has been applied. A conveyor extends through the enclosure for traversing the object into and out of the chamber. The fluxer also includes a hopper for storing the flux and an applicator in fluid communication with the hopper for applying the flux to the object. A flux recovery system is in fluid communication with the chamber to introduce and maintain a negative pressure within the chamber. As a result, excess flux is retained within the enclosure. This excess flux can then be recovered and recycled to the hopper.

The painting apparatus includes a main line track structure extending from a loading station to an unloading station; a closed loop branch track structure having a portion thereof juxtaposed to a portion of the main line track structure between the loading and unloading stations; a paint station located at the juxtaposed portions of the main line and the branch track structure; a plurality of carriers adapted to receive parts to be painted at the paint station and mounted for movement along the main line track structure and the branch track structure; and switch means operative to transfer a carrier between the main line track structure and the branch line track structure. The carriers are moved from the loading station to the paint station along the main line track structure, are passed through the paint station for application of a first coat of paint, and are then recycled through the paint station utilizing the branch track structure a plurality of times to apply a plurality of additional coats to the part whereafter the part, with multiple coats of paint, is switched back to the main line track structure for delivery to the unloading station.

摘要： A clay tile or other formed item having a simulated appearance and a method and apparatus for providing same includes the use of perceptibly random spray patterns and multiple spray nozzles to dispense a coating liquid upon the item prior to its drying and possible firing. Upon drying, the tiles processed thereby include improved appearance characteristics. Spraying is accomplished by a computer controlled spray system which includes, in one embodiment, multiple banks of spray guns (as an example, three guns per bank) which spray liquid upon clay tiles or other items passing thereunder. The spray guns can oscillate sidewardly relative to the general path of the moving items, to further enhance the perceptibly random spray patterns. Different types of engobe or other coatings may be sprayed by each of the banks of spray guns. The method and apparatus can also be used in association with the coloration of clay brick, concrete roof tiles, concrete brick, and concrete block.
