摘要: A graphene quantum dots synthesis method includes fixing a graphene aqueous solution or a graphene oxide aqueous solution on a spin coater to spin the graphene aqueous solution or the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and irradiating a pulsed laser to focus on a graphene aqueous solution or a graphene oxide aqueous solution to generate exfoliation. After a processing period, quantum dots are generated in the graphene aqueous solution or the graphene oxide aqueous solution. Since graphene aqueous solution or graphene oxide aqueous solution does not contain organic chemistry pharmacy, the quantum dots synthesized by the method of the present invention can be produced without pollution. Furthermore, the purpose of simple process, low cost, and time-saved of synthesis can be achieved.

摘要: A method of forming a graphite-based structure on a substrate comprises patterning the substrate thereby forming a plurality of elements on the substrate. Each respective element in the plurality of elements is separated from an adjacent element on the substrate by a corresponding trench in a plurality of trenches on the substrate and each respective element in the plurality of elements has a corresponding top surface. The method further comprises segmentedly depositing a graphene initiating layer onto the top surface of each respective element in the plurality of elements; and generating graphene using the graphene initiating layer thereby forming the graphite-based structure.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a preparation method of graphene, capable of easily preparing a graphene flake having a smaller thickness and a large area, and a dispersed composition of graphene obtained using the same. The preparation method of graphene includes applying a physical force to dispersion of a carbon-based material including graphite or a derivative thereof, and a dispersant, wherein the dispersant includes a mixture of plural kinds of polyaromatic hydrocarbon oxides, containing the polyaromatic hydrocarbon oxides having a molecular weight of 300 to 1000 in a content of 60% by weight or more, and the graphite or the derivative thereof is formed into a graphene flake having a thickness in nanoscale under application of a physical force.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of preparing porous graphene from porous graphite, including 1) thermochemically reacting a highly crystalline carbide compound with a halogen element-containing gas to give a porous carbide-derived carbon; 2) treating the carbide-derived carbon with an acid, thus preparing a carbide-derived carbon oxide; and 3) reducing the carbide-derived carbon oxide. An anode mixture for a secondary battery including the graphene and an anode for a secondary battery including the anode mixture are also provided.
