摘要: Systems and methods are provided for remote patient management and monitoring. The patient is monitored with a wireless sensor system connected to an application executing on a patient user computing device. The system continuously monitors physiological parameters, such as, but not limited to, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate, perfusion index, pleth variability index, and/or respiration rate from the photoplethysmograph. The system triggers alarms if the patient physiological data violates thresholds. Care providers review patient data and associated alarm(s) with graphical user interfaces.

摘要: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for synchronizing physiological signals collected from two or more physiological sensors are provided. Examples of physiological signals may include respiration, heartbeat, electroencephalogram, and gastrointestinal signals. A method, an apparatus, and a computer program for synchronizing two or more physiological signals may involve collecting first data from a first sensor and second data from a second sensor, each of the first data and the second data represents a plurality of physiological signal components; extracting a common physiological signal component of the first data and the second data; correlating the common physiological signal component of the plurality of physiological signal components of the first data and of the plurality of physiological signal components of the second data; and based on the correlating, synchronizing a first physiological signal component included in the first data and a second physiological signal component included in the second data.

摘要: A system simulates a medical protocol. The system includes an application simulator configured to receive an eligibility rule and compliance rule for a medical protocol. The simulator is further configured to receive collected patient data from a plurality of patients. The collected patient data includes longitudinal patient data relating to a specific parameter collected over a period of time from one or more sensors and/or medical devices. The simulator is further configured to compare the patient data with the eligibility rule to determine when a patient was eligible for the protocol. The simulator is further configured to compare the patient data with the compliance rule to determine a historic dynamic concordance rate for the protocol. The historic dynamic concordance rate for the protocol indicates the rate at which the patient data was consistent with the compliance rule for the protocol over the period of time.

摘要: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for tracking facial expressions efficiently. In one embodiment, a system includes a non-contact head-mounted electro-optical sensor (e.g., an inward-facing head-mounted camera), which measures reflections from a region on a user's head, which are indicative of facial expressions of the user. The system also includes a computer that detects, based on the reflections, a type of facial expression expressed by the user, which belongs to a group comprising neutral facial expressions and non-neutral facial expressions. The computer uses this detection to determine how to proceed to read the electro-optical sensor: the computer reads the electro-optical sensor at a first average bitrate (b1) when the user expresses a facial expression from among the neutral facial expressions, and reads the electro-optical sensor at a second average bitrate (b2) when the user expresses a facial expression from among the non-neutral facial expressions, where b2>b1.

摘要: Disclosed are techniques for generating sleeper information based on user data collected at a bed system. A system can include an edge computing device, service-providing servers, and a cloud-based computing system. The servers can execute models for determining particular sleeper information based on sensor signals generated by bed sensors. A first subset of servers run in a cloud-based system and a second subset run at the edge computing device. The cloud-based computing system can receive the sensor signals, receive a request to execute a model having a relationship with a server, wrap the model with model data, transmit the wrapped model and data to the server for execution, receive model output once the wrapped model is executed, and generate at least one health metric about a user of the bed system based on correlating the model output with other model outputs or other data about the user.
