摘要: The invention relates to a prosthetic device (30), in particular a foot prosthesis, for fitting leg amputees, with a universal joint mechanism (32), which couples a shaft (34) with a treading attachment (40, 42) through an articulation, wherein the universal joint mechanism (32) comprises a joint element (44) supported such that it is rotatable about a first rotational axis (C) and a second rotational axis (D) differing therefrom. For more accurate modeling of the natural gait of a healthy human foot, the invention provides that the universal joint mechanism (32) comprises a shaft-side joint fork (36) coupleable with the shaft (34) and a treading-side joint fork (38) coupled via the joint element (44) through an articulation with the shaft-side joint fork (36), wherein the shaft-side joint fork (36) is swivellable about the first rotational axis (C) and the treading-side joint fork (38) about the second rotational axis (D) relative to the joint element (44), and wherein the swivel movements of shaft-side and treading-side joint fork (36, 38) relative to the joint element (44) are carried out against the resistance of at least one damping element (90, 92) proximal to the joint element.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus and to a method of forming thin films on substrate surfaces. It is the object of the invention to provide possibilities with which thin layers can be manufactured on substrate surfaces which have a specific layer material formation with desired properties. The apparatus in accordance with the invention is made such that a feed is present for at least one gaseous precursor, which contributes to the layer formation, at a reaction chamber region above a substrate surface to be coated. A source which is a plasma source and which emits electromagnetic radiation is moreover arranged such that a photolytic activation of atoms and/or molecules of the precursor(s) takes place with the emitted electromagnetic radiation. In this respect, the plasma source should be arranged and should also be operated such that no direct influence of the plasma on the substrate surface and on the precursors resulting in the layer formation takes place.

摘要: The invention concerns a method for reproducing spatial impression of existing spaces in multichannel or binaural listening. It consists of following steps/phases: a) Recording of sound or impulse response of a room using multiple microphones, b) Time- and frequency-dependent processing of impulse responses or recorded sound, c) Processing of sound to multichannel loudspeaker setup in order to reproduce spatial properties of sound as they were in recording room, and (alternative to c), d) Processing of impulse response to multichannel loudspeaker setup, and convolution between rendered responses and an arbitrary monophonic sound signal to introduce the spatial properties of the measurement room to the multichannel reproduction of the arbitrary sound signal, and is applied in sound studio technology, audio broadcasting, and in audio reproduction.

摘要: A carrier wafer includes a flat substrate with a top side and a bottom side. A first layer sequence, at least on the top side of the substrate, is arranged with area parallel to the substrate. The first layer sequence has an isolating layer. A flat, conductive electrode is arranged on the first layer sequence with area parallel to the substrate. Everywhere that it is not in contact with the first layer sequence, the electrode is surrounded by a second layer sequence having a layer made of an isolating material. In a region, which forms a tunnel window and on which the electrode is arranged, the first layer sequence is thinner than on the rest of its area. An electrical voltage can be applied to the substrate in such a way that the electrical field lines caused by the applied voltage pass through the tunnel window. The electrode can be charged, by means of a potential difference between the electrode and the substrate caused by the applied voltage, in that electrons tunnel through the tunnel window.

摘要: The manipulation of audio data can be simplified, such as, for example, with regard to the combination of individual audio data streams to multi-channel audio data streams or the general manipulation of an audio data stream, by modifying a data block in an audio data stream divided into data blocks with determination block and data block audio data, such as by completing or adding or replacing part of the same, so that the same includes a length indicator indicating an amount or length of data, respectively, of the data block audio data or an amount or length of data, respectively, of the data block to obtain a second audio data stream with modified data blocks. Alternatively, an audio data stream with pointers in determination blocks, which point to determination block audio data associated to this determination blocks, but distributed among different data blocks, is converted into an audio data stream, wherein the determination block audio data are combined to contiguous determination block audio data. The contiguous determination block audio data can then be included in a self-contained channel element together with their determination block.
