    摘要: Upon making a request for start of position registration for IP-telephone-terminal of an incoming-call-side, IP-telephone-terminal of an outgoing-call-side notifies the IP-telephone-terminal of identification information of the own terminal. If the user makes a request for terminal of the outgoing call before establishment of an IP-communication-link, the IP-telephone-terminal notifies the IP-telephone-terminal of the termination request indicating the termination of the outgoing call, together with the identification information of the IP-telephone-terminal of the outgoing call side. When the IP-telephone-terminal of the incoming call side receives the notification of the termination request, the IP-telephone-terminal disconnects the IP-communication-link established with the radio base station and becomes in the standby status if there is a single outgoing call terminal, or maintains the IP-communication-link established with the radio base station if there are a plurality of outgoing call terminals and the IP-telephone-terminal does not accept the terminal request from all the outgoing call terminals.

    摘要: Fuse data is supplied to each of a plurality of function blocks through a transfer path using shift registers. When the reliability of fuse elements is low, there is a possibility that a part of the fuse data may have an error. Further, when the transfer path of the fuse data is long, there is a possibility that a value of the fuse data may be inverted due to an influence of noises. Thus, a decoder is arranged in the transfer path of the fuse data, and encoded data is stored in the fuse elements. By performing error detection/correction in the decoder, the high reliability is assured with respect to chip operations and the like.

    摘要: When memory cells enter a data holding mode, a control circuit of a semiconductor memory device reads out a plurality of data from the memory cells to generate and store a check bit for error detection and correction, and performs a refresh operation in a period within an error occurrence allowable range of an error correcting operation performed by an ECC circuit by using the check bit. Before a normal operation mode is restored from the data holding mode, the control circuit performs control such that an error bit of the data is corrected by using the check bit. In an entry/exit period, read and write are performed by a page operation.

    摘要: An object detecting device can prevent a seizure of an object between an opening and an opening-closing unit for opening and closing the opening. The object detecting device includes a pressure-sensitive sensor disposed at one of the opening and the opening-closing unit, and judging means for judging the contact of the object with the pressure-sensitive sensor on the basis of an output signal of the pressure-sensitive sensor. The pressure-sensitive sensor includes pressure-sensitive means for generating an output signal depending on deformation, and support means for supporting the pressure-sensitive means at the one of the opening and the opening-closing unit, the support means including a vibration damping portion for damping vibration propagated to the pressure-sensitive means.
