摘要: A radio communication apparatus and system in a CDMA/TDD system includes a mobile station that detects received power of data received from a surrounding base station at a received power detecting circuit in switching a base station for communication while moving. When received power from a base station other than a main base station in current communication becomes higher than a predetermined level, the mobile station makes the base station a sub base station to transmit the same data as the main base station, and receives data from the main base station and the sub base station concurrently at a pair of correlators. After that, when the received power from the sub base station becomes higher than the received power from the main base station, the mobile station switches a main base station and a sub base station and transmits data to a new main base station.

摘要: The present invention relates to a radio communication apparatus and system in a CDCA/TDD system in which a mobile station detects received power of data received from a surrounding base station at a received power detecting circuit in switching a base station for communication as moving. When received power from a base station other than a main base station in current communication becomes higher than a predetermined level, the mobile station makes the base station a sub base station to transmit the same data as the main base station, and receives data from the main base station and the sub base station concurrently at a pair of correlators. After that, when the received power from the sub base station becomes higher than the received power from the main base station, the mobile station switches a main base station and a sub bass station and transmits data to a new main base station.

摘要: Signals subjected to orthogonal modulation with a plurality of carrier frequencies are added to detect peak power. Based on the peak power, a coefficient for suppressing an amplitude of a transmission baseband signal is calculated. Using the coefficient, the amplitude of a baseband signal to be inputted to a filter is suppressed. It is thereby possible to suppress the peak power assuredly, and by the effects of the filter, unnecessary frequencies are not generated.

摘要: A semiconductor device includes cell areas laid out along a periphery of the device. A plurality of transistors are formed in each cell area, and are separated into at least three transistor groups arranged in a direction perpendicular to a circumferential direction of the semiconductor device. Each transistor group is connected to a high-potential power supply or a low-potential power supply. The semiconductor device has at least one interconnection line common to both the transistor group connected to the high-potential power supply and the transistor group connected to the low-potential power supply. The interconnection line serves to connect those transistor groups to external pads.

摘要: In base station side equipment, a control channel for transmitting control information and a communication channel for transmitting information to each mobile station are spread with different synchronizing codes before being superposed by operating a switch to switch the output of an adder over to the output of a synchronizing code generator. Further, a synchronizing code is periodically inserted in a signal by one symbol length and the signal is transmitted over the superposed channel. In a plurality of base station side equipment, moreover, the synchronizing code and its transmission period are equal and the transmission timing is asynchronous and independent. A synchronizing correlator in mobile station side equipment obtains the correlation value of the whole chip phase in a synchronizing code transmission period using the synchronizing code and decides a base station which is transmitting the synchronizing code at the greatest correlating peak position to the closest one and further extracts symbol timing from the peak position.

摘要: Search control means 8 of a mobile station apparatus divides a search window received into a number of search widths corresponding to the number of search correlators 3 and makes each of correlators 3 carry out correlative detection about these divided search widths simultaneously in a 1st integrating time. It further selects multiple phases in descending order of detected correlative values, makes each correlator carry out correlative detection about these selected phases simultaneously in an integrating time longer than the 1st integrating time and combines powers of correlative values by the number of demodulable phases starting from the largest detected correlative value.

摘要: First cooling air (50) enters an engine room (1) through a cooling air inlet port (7a) from the exterior of the engine room (1), and is throttled by a suction tube (8a) after passing heat exchangers such as an intercooler (6a), an oil cooler (6b) and a radiator (6c), followed by entering a centrifugal fan (4). The first cooling air (50) is then blown off toward an outer circumference of the centrifugal fan (4). Second cooling air enters the engine room (1) through cooling air inlet ports (7b, 7b) from the exterior of the engine room (1), and flows around an engine (5), various electric equipments such as an alternator (10), and an oil pan (14) while cooling them. The second cooling air is then throttled by a suction tube (8b) before entering the centrifugal fan (4), and blown off toward the outer circumference of the centrifugal fan (4). Two streams of the first and second cooling air (50, 51) are discharged to the exterior through an exhaust port (9). This arrangement enhances the degree of sealing on the engine (5) side to reduce noise, and improves the effect of cooling the electric equipments (10) for higher reliability of the electric equipments (10).
