摘要: First cooling air (50) enters an engine room (1) through a cooling air inlet port (7a) from the exterior of the engine room (1), and is throttled by a suction tube (8a) after passing heat exchangers such as an intercooler (6a), an oil cooler (6b) and a radiator (6c), followed by entering a centrifugal fan (4). The first cooling air (50) is then blown off toward an outer circumference of the centrifugal fan (4). Second cooling air enters the engine room (1) through cooling air inlet ports (7b, 7b) from the exterior of the engine room (1), and flows around an engine (5), various electric equipments such as an alternator (10), and an oil pan (14) while cooling them. The second cooling air is then throttled by a suction tube (8b) before entering the centrifugal fan (4), and blown off toward the outer circumference of the centrifugal fan (4). Two streams of the first and second cooling air (50, 51) are discharged to the exterior through an exhaust port (9). This arrangement enhances the degree of sealing on the engine (5) side to reduce noise, and improves the effect of cooling the electric equipments (10) for higher reliability of the electric equipments (10).

摘要: Provided is an X-ray imaging apparatus and an X-ray imaging method that offer an alternative for a refraction contrast method.A first scintillator and a second scintillator are used, the first scintillator generating first fluorescent light when X-rays separated by the separating element are incident thereon, and a second scintillator generating second fluorescent light when X-rays separated by the separating element are incident thereon. The second scintillator has a fluorescence emission intensity gradient such that an amount of emitted fluorescent light changes in accordance with a change in a position at which the X-rays are incident.

摘要: An eco-drive assist apparatus displays a quantity of eco-drive that indicates a degree of ecology and/or economy in driving in a hybrid vehicle equipped with an engine and a motor. The apparatus includes a first part configured to calculate the quantity of eco-drive on the basis of a vehicle power generated in the vehicle, and a second part configured to cause the quantity of eco-drive to be displayed in a graphic manner as a relative quantity to an eco-drive judgment threshold value that indicates whether the vehicle is in an eco-drive state and as a relative quantity to an engine startup threshold value that indicates whether the engine has been started up and configured to cause the quantity of eco-drive to be displayed on a boundary of the engine startup threshold value or displayed at a position where the quantity of eco-drive is worse than the engine startup threshold value when the engine has been started up. The second part causes the quantity of eco-drive to be displayed at a position where the quantity of eco-drive is better than the engine startup threshold value when the engine has been started up and a driver's operation needs no vehicle power.

摘要: A simplified X-ray imaging apparatus is capable of computationally determining effective atomic numbers with small error factors even for light elements. The X-ray imaging apparatus has an X-ray generation unit 101 (400) for generating X-rays and a detector 105 (405) for detecting X-rays transmitted through an object of examination 104 (403). A computing unit 106 (406) computationally determines a quantity of an X-ray phase attributable to the object of examination and an X-ray transmittance of the object of examination from data detected by the detector. The computing unit also computationally determines an effective atomic number of the object of examination from ρet determined from the quantity of the X-ray phase and μt it determined from the X-ray transmittance.

摘要: Coding section 205 recodes decoded data stored in decoded data storage section 204, data conversion section 206 converts data “0” and “1” output from coding section 205 to “1” and “−1” respectively, sum-of-product calculation section 207 multiplies the data output from data conversion section 206 by the demodulated data (soft decision value) stored in demodulated data storage section 201 and then calculates the sum of the products for 1 TTI and stores the sum-of-product result for each data rate, data rate decision section 208 decides the data rate corresponding to a maximum value of the sum-of-product results as the data rate of the demodulated data. This makes it possible to improve the accuracy of data rate decision and reduce decoding errors of a received signal.
