Compositions comprise first antioxidants and first additives, such as, a surface additives, performance enhancing additives and lubricant protective additives and optionally second additives and/or second antioxidants. The compositions are useful to improve lubricants, lubricant oils and other lubricant materials. The compositions and methods generally provide longer shelf lives, increased oxidative resistance, improved quality and/or enhanced performance to lubricants or lubricant oils.

A visual tracking and annotation system for surgical intervention includes an image acquisition and display system arranged to obtain image streams of a surgical region of interest and of a surgical instrument proximate the surgical region of interest and to display acquired images to a user; a tracking system configured to track the surgical instrument relative to the surgical region of interest; a data storage system in communication with the image acquisition and display system and the tracking system; and a data processing system in communication with the data storage system, the image acquisition and display system and the tracking system. The data processing system is configured to annotate images displayed to the user in response to an input signal from the user.

A method for detecting and isolating domain specific faults includes comparing a first media quality report for a communication from a first node with a second media quality report for the communication from a second node. The first node comprises an ingress node of a first domain for the communication and the second node comprises an egress node of the first domain for the communication. The method also includes determining that the difference between at least one aspect of the first media quality report and at least one corresponding aspect of the second media quality report exceeds a first threshold. The method further includes, upon determining that the difference exceeds the first threshold, determining a first path between the first node and the second node used by the communication. The method additionally includes isolating at least one source causing the difference between the first media quality report and the second media quality report.

Systems and methods of manufacturing printed circuit boards using blind and internal micro vias to couple subassemblies. An embodiment of the invention provides a method of manufacturing a printed circuit including attaching a plurality of metal layer carriers to form a first subassembly including at least one copper foil pad on a first surface, applying an encapsulation material onto the first surface of the first subassembly, curing the encapsulation material and the first subassembly; applying a lamination adhesive to a surface of the cured encapsulation material, forming at least one via in the lamination adhesive and the cured encapsulation material to expose the at least one copper foil pad, attaching a plurality of metal layer carriers to form a second subassembly, and attaching the first subassembly and the second subassembly.

Disclosed are compositions comprising antioxidants and stabilizers, such as, acid scavengers or organic phosphorus stabilizers, and optionally further comprising co-stabilizers. The disclosed compositions are useful as stabilizers for polyolefins and other polymeric materials. The disclosed compositions and methods generally provide longer shelf lifes and better oxidative resistance to materials than currently available antioxidants.

Systems and methodologies are described that facilitate maintaining consistent radio-link layer protocol (RLP) sequence numbers in the event of an RLP sequence number reset. An offset can be adjusted upon occurrence of the event to reflect a subsequent expected sequence number. The offset can be added to the RLP sequence numbers such that receiving devices and/or higher layer applications can operate without realizing the sequence number reset. Additionally, the offset can be synchronized among base stations to facilitate operability following handoff of the receiving device.

Methods for preparing microparticles having reduced residual solvent levels. Microparticles are contacted with a non-aqueous washing system to reduce the level of residual solvent in the microparticles. Preferred non-aqueous washing systems include 100% ethanol and a blend of ethanol and heptane. A solvent blend of a hardening solvent and a washing solvent can be used to harden and wash microparticles in a single step, thereby eliminating the need for a post-hardening wash step.
