The power-supply device of this invention includes a marginal check voltage setting circuit that sets a desired marginal check voltage, an error amplifier that delivers output of an error signal, a pulse width modulation oscillator that modulates the pulse width of the output from the error amplifier, a driver circuit that generates driving signal from the pulse signal originating from the pulse width modulation oscillator, and a pair of power semiconductor switching devices that work to step down the input voltage and generate an output voltage based on the driving signal. Furthermore, the power-supply device is also provided with an over-voltage detection circuit and a power-good circuit both circuits being positioned at the output terminal of the marginal check voltage setting circuit.

    摘要: A unidirectional DC-DC converter which has a simple control circuit without using multiple insulated power supplies or a transformer, uses an auxiliary inductor of a comparatively small capacitance, reduces the size and weight of the converter, and has a very great capacitance without switching of supply current. For example, a unidirectional DC-DC converter equipped with main IGBT101 which supplies and shuts off current for first inductor 108a and diode 107 which discharges energy from main inductor 108a to an the output. The DC-DC converter is further equipped with auxiliary IGBT104 which applies current to back-to-back-connected diode 102 by using energy stored in auxiliary inductor 108b which is magnetically coupled with main inductor 108a. This applies current to the back-to-back-connected diode in a short period including a time period in which the first switching element is turned on and accomplishes ZVZCS.

    摘要: A step down type DC-DC power-supply device implements both the stabilization of the control loop and the responsibility at the same time. In the power-supply device, an output power signal is fed back to an error amplifier after having passed through a CR smoothing filter provided independently of a power LC smoothing filter. Also, independently of the duty controls over Power MOSFETs, i.e., upper-side/lower-side semiconductor switching components in the steady state, an output from the power LC smoothing filter is added to an upper and lower limit-mode-equipped control circuit, thereby, at the transient state, forcefully setting the duty α at either 0% or 100%.

    摘要: The invention relates to a power supply system having plural converters connected in parallel. The current of each of the plural converters is detected and each of the converters is controlled so as to match each of the converters to a maximum current value from among the detected current values. In the parallel converters, when one or more converter fails, having an output current of zero, the remaining converters are each partially charged equally to maintain the load current. Since a common bus is arranged between plural converters and plural loads, it is possible to carry out a redundant operation having a high reliability. Since a stable output can be obtained without being affected by the failed converter, a power supply system having the redundancy and the high reliability can be attained.
