    摘要: Problem: To provide a microorganism with an ability to produce deoxy polyol dehydrogenase.Means for Resolution: A microorganism belonging to genus Enterobacter with an ability to produce a dehydrogenase for deoxy polyol of the same structure at the positions C2 and C3 as that of ribitol or L-iditol. The bacterial cell IK7 of the genus Enterobacter (accession No. NITE P-271). A method for producing deoxy ketose comprising allowing a culture containing the deoxy polyol dehydrogenase obtained by the culturing of the microorganism of the invention or allowing the deoxy polyol dehydrogenase to react with a solution containing deoxy polyol of the same structure at the positions C2 and C3 as that of ribitol or L-iditol to oxidize deoxy polyol to produce the corresponding deoxy ketose and then collecting the deoxy ketose. The deoxy polyol is 1-deoxy-D-allitol, while the corresponding deoxy ketose is 1-deoxy-L-psicose. Otherwise, the deoxy polyol is L-rhamnitol, while the corresponding deoxy ketose is 1-deoxy-L-fructose.

    摘要: The present invention provides novel glycopeptides antibiotic derivatives comprising a sugar residue (I) represented by the formula: (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 5: Sugs are each independently a monosaccharide, (Sug)n is a divalent sugar residue formed by binding of same or different 1 to 5 monosaccharides; RA1 is optionally substituted lower alkyl, optionally substituted lower alkenyl, or optionally substituted cycloalkyl; and RE is OH or NHAc (Ac is acetyl)) is bound to an aromatic ring of the fourth amino acid residue in the glycopeptide skeleton. These derivatives have antibacterial activity against vancomycin-resistant bacteria.

The picture level detecting section specifies a video changing point by reference to the respective signal levels of multiple consecutive pictures and the controller adds the index information to a data location, corresponding to the changing point, in a data stream.

    摘要: A data processor includes: a stream extracting section for acquiring a first data stream and then a second data stream; a packet inserting section, which makes a dummy packet, having a dummy identifier that is different from any of the identifiers of packets in a stream, and which inserts the dummy packet between the last packet of the first data stream and the first packet of the second data stream; a splitting section for splitting content data into respective types according to the packet identifiers and inserting error data, which is different from the content data, upon the detection of the dummy identifier; and a decoder, which plays back the content data of the data stream on the basis of a playback unit and, on detecting the error data, discards incomplete content data at the end of the first data stream and a portion of the content data of the second data stream up to the first header thereof such that those content data are not played back.
