摘要: A method for producing basic products from ash, which includes the provision of a starting material in particle form, crushing the particles of the starting material by high-frequency pressure impulses and the in situ separation of at least two fractions with different average particle sizes, where the energy-efficient production of a basic product with a defined particle size and high reactivity is effected, such that the produced basic products can be used directly for further product production, e.g. as alkalizing agent, for ground stabilization or as filler.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel surface-modified inorganic substance obtained by modifying the surface of an inorganic nitride or an inorganic oxide with a boronic acid compound, and a heat dissipation material, a thermally conductive material, and a lubricant which use the surface-modified inorganic substance. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the surface-modified inorganic substance, and provides, as a novel method for modifying the surface of an inorganic substance selected from an inorganic oxide and an inorganic nitride with an organic substance, a method for modifying the surface of an inorganic nitride or an inorganic oxide with an organic substance that includes making a contact between the inorganic nitride or the inorganic oxide with a boronic acid compound.

摘要: Provided is a spherical alumina powder which, when incorporated into resins in a high concentration, enables a resin composition to have low viscosity and which has reduced viscosity increase in the resin composition over time after surface treatment of the spherical alumina powder. The spherical alumina powder has an alkyl group(s) derived from a silane compound(s) on its surface, and is characterized in that an intensity ratio {I (CH3)/I (CH2)} of a peak (2960±5 cm−1) associated with asymmetric vibration of CH3 to a peak (2925±5 cm−1) associated with asymmetric vibration of CH2 in the alkyl group(s) of the silane compound(s) in the same spectral data obtained by infrared spectroscopic analysis measurement is 0.2 or more and less than 2.0.

摘要: AlP composite materials comprise an AlP aggregate core, and a shell disposed partially or entirely over the core and formed from a pigment material, e.g., TiO2, having an index of refraction greater than the core, providing an overall index or refraction greater than the core and suited for use as a pigment replacement or extender. The AlP core comprises amorphous AlP, crystalline AlP, or a combination thereof, and can have an average particle size of less than about 30 microns. The TiO2 can have an average grain size less than about 10 microns. The shell can have a layer thickness that is at least about 0.0001 microns. The shell is bonded to the core by a reaction between functional groups of the shell and core. The AlP composite material can be engineered to provide properties in addition to brightness for use as a pigment such as anticorrosion and/or antimicrobial protection.

摘要: Fillers are proposed, with the exception of layered silicates, which have a surface coating, which comprises a water-soluble polyamide or multiple water-soluble polyamides, wherein at least one of these water-soluble polyamides is produced by polycondensation from monomer components, which comprise at least one dicarboxylic acid and at least one selected ether diamine, preferably having linear oxypropyl amino end groups. Fillers coated in this manner are suitable for use in the production of filled and/or reinforced thermoplastic plastics molding materials. Thermoplastic plastics molding materials which contain fillers having such a surface coating have good mechanical properties and few emissions (low outgassing).
