    摘要: A method for manufacturing a coupling body includes a press-fitting step of press-fitting a coupling shaft-shaped portion of a valve member into a pit portion of a cap. A peripheral surface of a high-hardness component having a relatively high hardness of an outer peripheral surface of the coupling shaft-shaped portion of the valve member and an inner peripheral surface of the pit portion of the cap includes: a first-stage cylindrical surface having a diameter difference with respect to a peripheral surface of a low-hardness component; and a second-stage cylindrical surface positioned closer to a rear side in a press-fitting direction than the first-stage cylindrical outer peripheral surface and protruding in a radial direction to form a step with respect to the first-stage cylindrical surface. The press-fitting step includes: a first stage at which the peripheral surface of the low-hardness component is deformed in a plastic region by the first-stage cylindrical surface; and a second stage at which the peripheral surface subjected to the deformation in the plastic region is deformed by the second-stage cylindrical surface in an amount smaller than the deformation amount at the first stage.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve which has a structure where failure hardly occurs in a valve member and a peripheral member thereof at the time of press-fitting of a fixed core. The present invention provides a fuel injection valve that includes: a valve member 114A; an anchor 102 which is relatively displaceable with respect to the valve member 114A; a fixed core 107 in which a through-hole 107A is formed; a gap forming member 133 which forms a gap between an engagement portion 129B on the valve member side and an engagement portion 102D on the anchor side; and a biasing spring 134 which biases the gap forming member 133 in a valve closing direction. The engagement portions 102D and 129B are provided in both the anchor 102 and the valve member 114A so as to be engaged with each other when the anchor 102 is displaced in a valve opening direction with respect to the valve member 114A, thereby regulating the displacement of the anchor 102 in the valve opening direction. An outer diameter of the gap forming member 133, an outer diameter of the biasing spring 134, and a maximum outer diameter of the valve member 114A are set to be smaller than an inner diameter of the through-hole 107A.

A cylinder has a compression chamber at one end side and opens in an end surface of the pump inserted portion at the other end side. A plunger is actuated by a cam and is movable in the cylinder. A seal member restricts fuel in the compression chamber to leak through a slidable gap between the plunger and the cylinder and restricts lubricating oil flowing through the slidable gap into the compression chamber. A retaining member retains the seal member at a predetermined position in the axial direction and restricts the plunger from falling out of the cylinder. The retaining member is press-fitted to an end of the pump inserted portion.

    摘要: A fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines. The fuel injector includes an electromagnetic actuating element having a solenoid coil, a core and a valve cover as external solenoid circuit component, and a movable valve-closure element, which cooperates with a valve-seat surface assigned to a valve-seat body. The core and a connection pipe are fixedly connected in an inner opening of a thin-walled valve sleeve by being pressed into place, and the valve cover at the outer circumference of the valve sleeve is firmly connected to the valve sleeve by being pressed onto it. The firm press-fitted connection of in each case two of these metallic components of the fuel injector is characterized by the fact that at least one of the partner components has in its press-fitting region a structure with score marks, and/or the particular press-fitting region has an intake rounding in at least one transition to an adjoining component section. To safely contain abrasion particles produced in the press-fitting action, starting from the press-fitting region of a partner component, first a recessed region adjoins, which is followed by a press lip, which radially projects further to the outside on the outer contour of this one component partner.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel valve has a valve chamber, a valve element and a valve seat assigned to the valve element. The valve chamber is delimited by an electromagnetic drive which moves the valve element relative to the valve seat. The drive includes a receiving housing for a coil carrier with an electrical coil. A magnet core is inserted into the coil carrier and has an end section facing the valve element. At an open sealing end facing toward the valve chamber, a sealing element is arranged between the end section of the magnet core and the receiving housing. To achieve good sealing, that end section of the magnet core situated in the sealing element expands the sealing element and compresses the material thereof radially against the edge of the sealing end of the receiving housing to seal the valve chamber to the interior space of the receiving housing.

    摘要: A fuel injection device of a direct injection engine is provided. The device includes an engine body, a fuel injection valve, and a controller for controlling a fuel injection by the fuel injection valve. The fuel injection valve has a nozzle hole, a valve body for opening and closing the nozzle hole, and first and solenoid coils for stroking the valve body by first and second stroke amounts, respectively. The controller performs the fuel injection by the first solenoid coil in an intake stroke period within an engine operating range with an engine load below a predetermined load. The controller performs the fuel injection with a fuel pressure of 40 MPa or above by the second solenoid coil in a period between a compression stroke late stage and an expansion stroke early stage within a low-engine-speed range with an engine speed below a predetermined speed and within a high-engine-load range.
