The method may comprise: receiving, by the UE, a request about a visited cell history; transmitting, by the UE, in response to the request, the visited cell history. Here, the cell visited history may include an identifier of a visited cell, and time information corresponding to the visited cell.

A method for device-to-device (D2D) operation performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method are provided. The method comprises: receiving information related to a D2D resource pool; and performing D2D operation with another terminal from a D2D resource indicated by the information related to the D2D resource pool, wherein the terminal establishes a gap which does not receive a downlink signal transmitted from a serving cell, based on the D2D resource.

A method for device-to-device (D2D) operation performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method are provided. The method comprises: receiving system information indicating a first resource used for D2D operation in a serving cell, and a second resource which is used for D2D operation from a neighboring cell; and performing D2D operation based on the system information, wherein the second resource is indicated by an offset value having, as a reference, a specific point in time of the serving cell.

A method and apparatus for determining a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) interest in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) configures an MBMS threshold, and determines an MBMS interest by comparing a measurement result with the configured MBMS threshold. Only if the measurement result is higher than the configured MBMS threshold the UE determines a frequency, which corresponds to the MBMS interest, to be part of MBMS frequencies of interest.

A communication method performed by a user equipment (UE). The UE receives, from a network, system information including one or more frequencies for a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) service and information of a mapping relationship between one or more frequencies and a plurality of MBMS services. The UE identifies, using the received system information, a specific frequency among the one or more frequencies for the MBMS service, and transmits, to the network, a radio resource control (RRC) message including the identified frequency for the MBMS service.

Provided are a method for device-to-device (D2D) communication performed by terminals in a wireless communication system, and terminals for supporting the method. The method comprises: receiving resource assignment information for D2D communication; and performing the D2D communication by using resources indicated by the resource assignment information, wherein the validity of the resource assignment information is determined on the basis of the type of the cell from which the terminals receive services, and the D2D communication is performed only if the resource assignment information is valid.

A method and apparatus for configuring radio resources for a device-to-device (D2D) operation in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) configures two types of radio resources which include a first type of radio resources and a second type of radio resources. The first type of radio resources is used for the D2D communication, and the second type of radio resources is used for communication between the UE and a network. Then, the UE performs the D2D communication by using the first type of radio resources upon receiving a D2D radio network temporary identifier (D-RNTI) for the D2D communication.

The method may comprise the steps of: receiving skip information for an access class barring (ACB) inspection; if a service request procedure must be executed for any one from among a multimedia telephony (MMTEL) service and a short message service (SMS), then confirming the skip information; and, if the skip information is configured to indicate that the ACB inspection should be skipped for any one from among the MMTEL service and SMS, then transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) connection request message for the service request procedure.

A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for executing a service request procedure from a user equipment (UE). The method may comprise the steps of: a lower layer of a UE blocking access of an originating call due to access class barring (ACB); an NAS layer of the UE receiving a start indication from an upper layer due to a request for uplink data; and, if the lower layer has indicated that access was blocked for the originating call but the NAS layer has received the start indication, then the NAS layer commencing the service request procedure.
