Abstract: Provided is a light diffusion device capable of irradiating laser light onto a plurality of locations in a human body in a state in which a distal end portion of an optical transmission cable is placed in the human body. The light diffusion device includes an optical transmission cable including a plurality of cores, and a light refracting portion configured to refract the light emitted from each of the plurality of cores so that irradiation directions thereof are different from each other. With such a configuration, it is possible to irradiate the laser light in a plurality of directions when the distal end of the optical transmission cable is placed in the human body. Therefore, it is possible to change the location where the laser light is irradiated without extracting or re-inserting the optical transmission cable from or into the human body, thereby shortening the time required for photoimmunotherapy.

Abstract: A method of producing a heat-resistant crosslinked fluororubber formed body, including a step (1) of melt-mixing, with respect to 100 mass parts of base rubber containing 40 to 98 mass % of fluororubber and 2 to 40 mass % of ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin, 0.003 to 0.5 mass parts of organic peroxide, 0.5 to 400 mass parts of inorganic filler, 2 to 15 mass parts of a specific silane coupling agent, and silanol condensation catalyst, and including a step (a) of melt-mixing a part of the base rubber, the organic peroxide, the inorganic filler and the silane coupling agent at a temperature equal to or higher than a decomposition temperature of said organic peroxide, and a step (b) of melt-mixing a remainder of the base rubber, and the silanol condensation catalyst, and the fluororubber and the ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer resin are melt-mixed in any of the steps (a) and (b).

Abstract: A terminal-equipped electric wire includes a terminal and a coated conductive wire, which are electrically connected to each other. A crimp part of the terminal is a part that crimps the coated conductive wire and includes a conductive wire crimp part crimping a conductive wire exposed from a coating on a tip-end side of the coated conductive wire, and a coating crimp part crimping the coating of the coated conductive wire. The coated conductive wire includes a tension member disposed in an approximate center of a cross section, and a conductive wire including a plurality of conductors disposed on an outer periphery of the tension member. The tension member includes a plurality of strands. The conductive wire is crimped at the conductive wire crimp part from the entire circumference of the circumferential direction of the conductive wire. Preferably, a tensile strength of the tension member is greater than that of the conductive wire.

Abstract: An optical fiber ribbon is configured by arranging in parallel and coupling a plurality of single-core optical fibers. The optical fibers adjacent to each other are intermittently bonded by coupling parts at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber ribbon. The coupling parts adjacent to each other in the width direction are disposed to be displaced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber ribbon. In the optical fiber ribbon, the adjacent optical fibers are intermittently coupled by the coupling parts in the longitudinal direction, and the amounts of resin of the coupling parts are not uniform in the longitudinal direction of the optical fibers. Moreover, the Young's modulus of resin constituting the coupling part is preferably 130 MPa or less, and more preferably 80 MPa or less.
