摘要： A planar flexure member for resisting rotation about a central axis thereof includes, in various embodiments, a central portion comprising a plurality of attachment points; and at least one serpentine flexure arm extending from the central portion in a plane. The arm(s) terminate in an arcuate mounting rail that includes a series of attachment points. The rails are positioned in opposition to each other to partially define and occupy a planar circular envelope radially displaced from but surrounding the central portion of the flexure member. A portion of the serpentine arms may extend to (or substantially to) the envelope between the mounting rails.

摘要： A method and device are provided that detect and identify a neural signal by type and optionally or automatically provide a signal that affects a nerve carrying the neural signal. A plurality of electrodes is positioned along a nerve and monitors the electrical activity of the nerve. The invented system analyzes the monitored data to determine when the monitored activity can be identified as a known type of bioelectric signal, e.g., a pain nerve signal. The system may optionally attempt to affect, disrupt, diminish, nullify or block transmission of bioelectric signals along the nerve, e.g., by directing electrical energy through an electrode to nullify a bioelectric signal along a pain nerve.

摘要： A test chip module for testing the integrity of the nip chip solder ball interconnections between chip and substrate. The interconnection, are thermally stressed through an array of individual heaters formed in a layer of chip metallurgy to provide a uniform and ubiquitous source of heat. Current is passed through the interconnection to be tested by a current supply circuit using one signal I/O interconnection and the voltage drop across the interconnection to be tested from the current passed therethrough is measured by a voltage measuring circuit connected through another signal I/O interconnection. Stress initiating cracking and degradation at the interconnection creates a measurable change in voltage drop across the interconnection.
