    摘要: A substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber having an inner space where a process is carried out with respect to a substrate and an exhaust unit for exhausting substance in the inner space to the outside. The exhaust unit includes a first exhaust plate located at an upstream of an exhaust path of the substance, the first exhaust plate having first exhaust holes, and a second exhaust plate located at a downstream of the exhaust path, the first exhaust plate having second exhaust holes. The first exhaust plate is disposed outside a support member, and the second exhaust plate is disposed below the first exhaust plate generally in parallel to the first exhaust plate. The exhaust unit further includes first covers for selectively opening and closing the first exhaust holes and second covers for selectively opening and closing the second exhaust holes.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the light emitting device. According to the present invention, the light emitting device comprises a substrate, an N-type semiconductor layer formed on the substrate, and a P-type semiconductor layer formed on the N-type semiconductor layer, wherein a side surface including the N-type or P-type semiconductor layer has a slope of 20 to 80° from a horizontal plane. Further, the present invention provides a light emitting device comprising a substrate formed with a plurality of light emitting cells each including an N-type semiconductor layer and a P-type semiconductor layer formed on the N-type semiconductor layer, and a submount substrate flip-chip bonded onto the substrate, wherein the N-type semiconductor layer of one light emitting cell and the P-type semiconductor layer of another adjacent light emitting cell are connected to each other, and a side surface including at least the P-type semiconductor layer of the light emitting cell has a slope of 20 to 80° from a horizontal plane. Further, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing the light emitting device. Accordingly, there is an advantage in that the characteristics of a light emitting device such as luminous efficiency, external quantum efficiency and extraction efficiency are enhanced and the reliability is secured such that light with high luminous intensity and brightness can be emitted.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a new use of Hades as a tumor suppressor target, more particularly to a composition for suppressing tumor comprising an expression or action inhibitor of Hades protein having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 as an effective ingredient. The present inventors have found that the overexpressed Hades protein interacts with p53 to inhibit the exonuclear mechanism of p53 and the knowdown of Hades induces increase in the expression of p53, demonstrating that Hades is a negative regulator to p53. Therefore, it would be understood that the inhibition of Hades overexpressed in tumor cells contributes to tumor-supressive effects of p53. The drug candidates capable of modulating the expression of the Hades protein, inhibiting the actions of the Hades protein or inhibiting interecation between Hades and p53 are considered a promising anticancer drug.

The conductive particles have a uniform shape, a narrow particle diameter distribution, and appropriate compressive de-formability and recoverability from deformation. In addition, the conductive particles exhibit enhanced conducting properties without being ruptured when interposed and compressed between connection substrates, thereby achieving a sufficient contact area between the particles and the connection substrates. Further disclosed are polymer-based particles used in the conductive particles.

    摘要: A PCB and an LCD device with the same are disclosed. The PCB and the LCD device force an LED to directly contact either a heat radiation member or a metal plate. As such, heat generated in the LED is directly transferred to the heat radiation member or the metal plate without passing through wiring and prepreg layers. Therefore, the heat is effectively discharged to the exterior through a bottom cover. In other words, heat generated in the LED can be effectively discharged because of passing through the shortened heat radiation path.
