    摘要: A measurement method of peroxidase activity is based on reaction of o-phenylenediamine and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of peroxidase. This method includes preparing and storing a first reagent containing o-phenylenediamine and having a first pH value higher than a second pH value at which the reaction is conducted, and preparing and storing a second reagent having a buffering capability larger than the first reagent. At the time of measurement, the stored first and second reagents are mixed together with a sample containing peroxidase, and a predetermined amount of hydrogen peroxide to provide a reaction mixture having the second pH value. The reaction is conducted in the reaction mixture, thereby producing 2,2'-diamino-azobenzene, and the absorbance increase at the maximum absorption wavelength of the produced 2,2'-diamino-azobenzene is measured.

    摘要: In an automatic gain control circuit, a peak detection circuit detects and outputs the peak voltage of an output signal from a variable gain circuit. An average value detection/output amplitude setting circuit detects the average value voltage of an output signal from the variable gain circuit, and outputs a calculated voltage. An amplification circuit controls the gain of the variable gain circuit by amplifying the difference between the output voltages of the peak detection circuit and average value detection/output amplitude setting circuit. The number of base-emitter junctions of transistors on a path in the peak detection circuit from input ports which receive output signals from the variable gain circuit to an output port which outputs a voltage to the amplification circuit is equal to the number of base-emitter junctions of transistors on a path in the average value detection/output amplitude setting circuit.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (component A) and 1 to 400 parts by weight of a granular inorganic filler (component B) comprising an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 100 μm and a water-soluble polyester resin binder, and having a bulk density of 0.4 to 1.5 g/mL; and a resin molded article obtained by molding the thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition is improved in various properties such as extrusion moldability, rigidity, impact resistance, thermal stability and hue, and exhibits an excellent balance between these properties.
