    摘要: A novel method for making complementary semiconductor IC devices is described. The method includes the steps of: preparing a N-type semiconductor substrate; preparing a first mask for forming a P-well in the N-type substrate; forming the P-well in the N-type substrate using the first mask; preparing a second mask for forming a first P-type diffusion regions in the substrate and in the P-well; preparing a third mask for forming N-type diffusion regions in the substrate and in the P-well; preparing a fourth mask for forming a second P-type diffusion regions in the unoccupied areas of the N-type substrate and the P-well by carrying out reversing, AND and OR processing of the first, second and third masks, and forming the P-type diffusion regions in the prescribed areas of the substrate and the P-well by placing the fourth mask on the substrate.

    摘要: An objective lens driving apparatus is provided which can restrain hysteresis phenomena in the relationship between semi-static displacements and forces in a focusing direction of the objective lens. The apparatus can also maintain the balance of force even when the objective lens is shifted in a focusing or tracking direction. Thus, the objective lens can be readily prevented from tilting. The apparatus also has a simplified configuration that can readily start up control operations in servomechanism. Thus, stable control characteristics of the apparatus can be achieved.

    摘要: An embodiment of induction system for internal combustion engines that permit maximum power output while at the same time insuring good running at low speeds without loss in mid-range torque. Independent intake passages communicate with each chamber of the engine. A throttle valve arrangement is included that includes a first manually operated throttle valve positioned in a common portion of the intake passages, a second manually operated throttle valve that is positioned in the first intake passage between the first throttle valve and the chamber, and a third throttle valve positioned in the second intake passage between the first throttle valve and the chamber. A linkage system interconnects the first and second throttle valves so that the second throttle valve is opened at a predetermined degree of opening of the first throttle valve. The linkage causes the second throttle valve to be moved to its fully opened positioned before the first throttle valve is fully opened. The third throttle valve is automatically positioned in response either to atmospheric pressure to hold the third throttle valve in one position or induction system pressure to hold the third throttle valve in its other position.
