Abstract: A transmission apparatus, includes a plurality of input circuits, N+1 switches (N is a natural number of 2 or larger), and a plurality of output circuits, wherein a first input circuit divides inputted data into partial data in a predetermined length, and distributes to the N+1 switches continuous M pieces of partial data (M is a natural number of 2 or larger and N or smaller) and horizontal parities calculated over the M pieces of partial data for every the continuous M pieces of partial data obtained from the division, and a first output circuit restores the data inputted to the first input circuit and outputs the restored data using at least any of the M pieces of partial data and the horizontal parities which are distributed by the first input circuit to the N+1 switches and are transferred by the N+1 switches.

Abstract: A method for weakening delays resulted from failures of multiple continuous nodes in a DBFT distributed network is provided. In step S1, whether a view index is equal to zero is determined, if yes, a new Leader index is obtained according to a first rule and the method processes to step S3, otherwise processes to step S2. In step S2, the new Leader index is obtained according to a first rule, and whether a proposal proposed by a node corresponding to the new Leader index is passed is determined. If yes, the method processes to step S3, otherwise, step S2 is implemented repeatedly until the proposal proposed by the node corresponding to the new Leader index is passed. In step S3, the node corresponding to the new Leader index is taken as a new Leader. Then the delays caused by multiple continuous nodes in the DBFT distributed network are weaken.

A wireless device may receive a scheduling request configuration for a first cell that indicates uplink resources dedicated to BFR of a second cell and/or uplink resources configured for scheduling requests. A beam failure for a second cell may occur at a time that the wireless device has no uplink resources dedicated to BFR. The wireless device may use (e.g., based on a type of data or resource) an uplink resource configured for scheduling requests to report the BFR.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for managing compromised sensors in multi-tiered virtualized environments. In some embodiments, a system can receive, from a first capturing agent deployed in a virtualization layer of a first device, data reports generated based on traffic captured by the first capturing agent. The system can also receive, from a second capturing agent deployed in a hardware layer of a second device, data reports generated based on traffic captured by the second capturing agent. Based on the data reports, the system can determine characteristics of the traffic captured by the first capturing agent and the second capturing agent. The system can then compare the characteristics to determine a multi-layer difference in traffic characteristics. Based on the multi-layer difference in traffic characteristics, the system can determine that the first capturing agent or the second capturing agent is in a faulty state.

Abstract: Generally described, systems and methods are provided for monitoring and detecting causes of failures of network paths. The system collects performance information from a plurality of nodes and links in a network, aggregates the collected performance information across paths in the network, processes the aggregated performance information for detecting failures on the paths, analyzes each of the detected failures to determine at least one root cause, and initiates a remedial workflow for the at least one root cause determined. In some aspects, processing the aggregated information may include performing a statistical regression analysis or otherwise solving a set of equations for the performance indications on each of a plurality of paths. In another aspect, the system may also include an interface which makes available for display one or more of the network topology, the collected and aggregated performance information, and indications of the detected failures in the topology.

One method can comprise providing a first communication tunnel between a network access point and a first tunnel endpoint. Availability of the first tunnel endpoint can be determined. If the first tunnel endpoint is determined to be available, network traffic can be routed to the first tunnel endpoint. If the first tunnel endpoint is determined to be unavailable, a second communication tunnel between the network access point and a second tunnel endpoint can be provided.
