摘要: A scroll type compressor including mutually mating stationary and movable scrolls for producing compression. A circumferentially outer part of the movable scroll portion has a flat end surface and a chamferred surface. The chamferred surface tapers outwardly at an angle relative to the flat end surface greater than an allowable tilt angle of the movable scroll. A circumferentially inner part of the scroll portion includes a flat end surface only which has a groove to receive a tip seal, the tip seal having a height greater than a depth of the groove. The circumferentially outer part has an identical outer diameter to that of the base plate portion, and the base plate portion and the scroll portion are simultaneously machined.

摘要: A movable scroll element for a scroll type compressor is produced by a combination of a mold casting process and a machining process. The mold casting process produces a cast product having an end-plate forming portion, a spiral-member-forming portion and a projecting portion for forming a drive power receiving portion. The cast product has an entire outer faces covered with black scale, and the machining process machines the end-plate-forming portion, a spiral member forming portion, the projecting portion by cutting. Nevertheless, at least an outer circumference of the drive power receiving portion, i.e., a boss portion of the movable scroll element is covered with an outermost layer consisting of black scale. Thus, a sufficient mechanical strength of the movable scroll element is obtained even if the wall thickness of the drive power receiving portion, i.e., the boss portion of the movable scroll element, is reduced.

摘要: A scroll type refrigerant compressor having a stationary scroll unit, a movable scroll unit including an orbiting spiral member engaged with the stationary scroll unit to define variable-volume compression chambers in which the refrigerant gas is compressed in response to a rotation of a drive shaft having an eccentrically arranged drive key member, and a drive bushing member having an aperture formed therein in which the drive key of the drive shaft is inserted so as to cause an eccentric motion of the drive bushing member operatively engaged with the movable spiral member to thereby drive an orbiting motion of the movable spiral member. The drive key member is formed as an axial columnar mechanical member having a central axis thereof parallel with the axis of rotation of the drive shaft and a diametrical axis thereof intercrossing the central axis at a predetermined point, the diametrical axis of the drive key member being arranged so as to be angularly shifted by a predetermined angle in a direction reverse to the rotating direction of the drive shaft with regard to a predetermined axis passing through the axis of rotation of the drive shaft, the predetermined point of the drive key member being arranged in an area extending in a direction reverse to the rotating direction of the drive shaft with regard to a line connecting the axis of rotation of said drive shaft and the central axis of said drive bushing member, the drive key member further having planar faces disposed on both sides of the diametrical axis thereof, and two spaced ends, each of the two spaced ends being distant from the central axis of the drive shaft.

摘要: A safety operation system for a manipulator is provided with a first operation section. The first operation section has a first movable section, and outputs a first operation signal representing the position and angle of the first movable section. A failure detecting section detects failure of the first operation section on the basis of the first operation signal, and outputs a detection signal. When failure of the first operation section is not detected, a conversion section converts the first operation signal into a control signal. A second operation section has a second movable section which moves in accordance with movement of the first movable section, and outputs a second operation signal generated in accordance with movement of the second movable section. A comparison section compares the control signal with the second operation signal, and outputs a deviation signal used for opening the second movable section. A management section receives the detection signal, and supplies the comparison section with a signal for making deviation signal zero, thereby prohibiting the second movable section from being driven. A display section displays data on the failure of the first operation section and/or data on the current position of the first movable section, on the basis of a signal output from the management section.

摘要: The present invention is intended to operate a semiconductor device at high speed with low voltage. A circuit configuration is used in which the transfer impedance between a common I/O line and a data line is changed depending on whether information is to be read or written. A current/voltage converter is provided which includes a MISFET different in conduction type to a select MISFET. Thus, the speed of reading information is increased. An intermediate voltage generator having high driving capability is provided. Thus, the circuit has sufficient driving capability for an LSI having large load capacitance. A voltage converter is provided which converts a data line supply voltage or word line supply voltage to a higher voltage. Therefore, stabilized signal transmission is ensured.

摘要: A conductive composition comprising conductive particles made of a mechanical composite powder of copper or nickel covered with silver and a binder mainly containing bis-phenol A type epoxy resin (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A) having 1600 to 5500 of molecular weight method for manufacturing a printed circuit substrate comprising the steps of printing the conductive composition on an insulating substrate and partially curing it in a range of 20 to 70% of completion as determined from DTA reactivity data. Thus, the conductive composition can manufacture an inexpensive circuit in simple steps as a whole with good solderability using low melting point solder and having high bonding strength. The method can manufacture the circuit by using the same conductive composition.

摘要: A variable displacement vane compressor for an air conditioning system used in an automobile has a cylinder assembly having a bore which receives a rotor to form at least one crescent or compressing chamber between the rotor and the bore. The crescent chamber receives a refrigerant which is returned from the air conditioning system. The rotor has vanes which are extendably fitted therein so that the free end of the vanes are in contact with the circumferential inner surface of the bore during the rotation of the rotor, whereby when the vane passes through the crescent chamber, the refrigerant received therein can be compressed. The amount of the refrigerant introduced into the crescent chamber is adjustable in response to a change of a cooling load at the air conditioning system.
