    摘要: The present invention realizes a screening method and device able to obtain the entire image of a cell as a detailed and accurate (with a good SN ratio) image at high speed by observing the cell image while a Nipkow system confocal scanner is used and the focal position of an objective lens is changed in the optical axis direction. In the present invention, a reagent and a fluorescent marked cell are injected into a well. The focal position is changed in the optical axis direction by using the Nipkow system confocal scanner. Excitation light is irradiated to the well in each focal position, and fluorescent light generated from the cell is received and the degree of activity, and so on, of the cell is measured and displayed on the basis of a slice image of the cell.

When the sending element is warmed up and activated by a heater, a microcomputer controls electric power supplied to the heater based on a control base value being set according to a duty ratio=100%. A power profile P1 is determined beforehand to set a target heater power. Through the warm-up heater power control, an actual heater power supplied to the heater is equalized to the target heater power determined according to the power profile P1.

    摘要: Each of the rotors has a plurality of identification marks arranged on a circumference defined by the rotation axis on a surface thereof with angular intervals which are determined for each of the different rotors. The identification marks are detected with an identification mark detector such as a magnet detector. The rotational speed of the rotation axis is detected. The angular intervals are detected to identify the attached rotor. The rotating speeds are measured from the pulses at first detection of one of the identification marks and second detection of the one of identification marks after one rotation of the rotation axis. The time intervals of the identification marks between the first and second detection are measured. The angular intervals are calculated by integrating the measured rotating speeds with the time intervals, respectively.

    摘要: A gas concentration measuring apparatus is provided which may be employed in measuring an air-fuel ratio of mixture sucked into automotive engines. The apparatus includes a gas concentration sensor exposed to a gas and a voltage applying circuit. The gas concentration sensor is responsive to application of voltage to produce a current signal indicative of concentration of the gas. The voltage applying circuit includes an operational amplifier which operates on a source voltage and which outputs the voltage for developing the voltage applied to the gas concentration sensor which has a level changing as a function of voltage inputted to the operational amplifier. The operational amplifier is designed to have an amplitude of each of the voltages inputted to and outputted from the operational amplifier which falls within a given input/output voltage range defined between an upper limit and a lower limit of a source voltage range and near at least one of the upper and lower limits of the source voltage range, thereby allowing the air-fuel ratio to be measured with higher accuracy over a wide range.

The signal processing device includes a differentiating circuit which differentiates the output of the piezoelectric sensor and an integrating circuit which integrates an output of the differentiating circuit to produce an output signal as a function of the output of the piezoelectric sensor. The frequency range of the output signal is selected based on a frequency range of the load applied to the piezoelectric sensor.
