    摘要: A UV-curable adhesive organopolysiloxane composition is provided comprising (A) (A-1) an alkenyl-containing linear organopolysiloxane and (A-2) a three-dimensionai network alkenyl-containing organopolysiloxane resin comprising R12R2SiO3/2, R13SiO1/2 and SiO2 units, wherein R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group exclusive of alkenyl and R2 is alkenyl, (B) (B-1) an alkoxy-free organohydrogenpolysiloxane and (B-2) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least one trialkoxysilyl group bonded to silicon via alkylene, (C) a photoactive platinum complex catalyst, and (D) a branched organopolysiloxane oligomer comprising R12R2SiO1/2 and/or R13SiO1/2 units and R1SiO3/2 units, but not SiO2 units.

    摘要: The present invention provides curable compositions comprising non-Sn organo-metal catalysts that accelerate the condensation curing of moisture curable silicones/non-silicones. In particular, the present invention provides Mn(III) complexes that are particularly suitable as replacements for organotin for sealant and RTV formulations. The Mn(III) complexes are comparable or superior to organotin such as DBTDL, superior to Mn(II) compounds, and exhibit certain behavior in the presence of components that allow for tuning or adjusting the cure characteristics of the present compositions and provide good adhesion and storage stability.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a unique composition and method for promoting adhesion of substrates to adhesives. The solution comprises a water based primer composition comprising: a) a hydrosylate of one or more alkoxysilyl amine; b) a surfactant; c) an organotitanate, organozirconate, or combinations thereof; d) optionally a fluorescing compound; and e) water. Preferably the organotitanate or organozirconate correspond to formula (I): wherein M is titanium or zirconium and R8 comprises hydrocarbyl ligands, which may optionally contain one or more heteroatoms comprising oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur or phosphorus, optionally two or more of R8 may combine to form a cyclic ring structure.
