摘要: Composite building module having a rigid foam core encased in an enclosed shell made of fiber reinforced cement and an anchor device for attaching the module to a supporting structure. The anchor has an anchoring portion extending through the shell and an interlocking portion attached to the anchoring portion and extending into the foam core. The foam core is foamed within the enclosed shell filling the interior thereof and enveloping at least the interlocking portion of the anchor device.

摘要: A composite building module such as a wall panel having a core of rigid foam such as urethane foam encased in a shell made of fiber (e.g. glass fiber) reinforced cement. The shell has a bottom half and a top half. The bottom half has a peripheral ledge and a rib extending above the level of the ledge. The top half has side walls forming a channel with the rib when the top half is in place on the bottom half. The core is foamed in the enclosed shell and fills the interior thereof including the channel.

摘要: A fire-resistant, composite panel comprising a core of rigid mineral fiber board having on one or both of its surfaces a layer of gypsum material bonded thereto, and in some embodiments, a layer of paper bonded to one or both of the layers of gypsum material opposite the core. A method of making a fire-resistant, composite panel including applying a thin layer of a settable gypsum slurry to one or both surfaces of a rigid mineral fiber board, and alternatively, applying layers of paper to one or both of the thin layers of gypsum material opposite the surface of the rigid mineral fiber board, and in either case, applying heat to the layer or layers of gypsum material to cure it.

摘要: A precast composite wall structure and method for forming the wall structure are disclosed. The method includes providing a casting bed defining a plurality of shapes corresponding to a three-dimensional outer surface of a wall structure, placing a first layer of uncured concrete to conform to the shapes defined by the lower surface, positioning a forming member in overlying relation above the frame, the forming member defining a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween, positioning a stud frame within the casting bed along the forming member, placing a second layer of uncured concrete within the casting bed to conform to the rectangular-shaped channels between the rectangular protrusions, and allowing the concrete to cure.

摘要: An ultrastable cementitious material with nano-molecular veneer makes a cementitious material by blending 29 wt % to 40 wt % of a magnesium oxide dry powder containing 80 wt % to 98 wt % of magnesium oxide based on a final total weight of the cementitious material, with 14 wt % to 18 wt % of a magnesium chloride dissolved in water and reacting to form a liquid suspension, mixing from 2 to 10 minutes, adding a phosphorus-containing material, and allowing the liquid suspension to react into an amorphous phase cementitious material, wherein a portion of the amorphous phase cementitious material grows a plurality of crystals. The plurality of crystals are encapsulated by the amorphous phase cementitious material forming a nano-molecular veneer. A process to make the ultrastable cementitious material. A tile backer board incorporating the ultrastable cementitious material and a process for making the tile backer board.

摘要: A building apparatus for a residential or commercial building that includes a prefabricated wall panel and a horizontal beam mounted on a top of the prefabricated wall panel. The prefabricated wall panel includes a first concrete block, a second concrete block, and an insulation panel sandwiched between the two concrete blocks. A plurality of spaced-apart hollow tubes extend between the top side and the bottom side of the prefabricated wall panel and each tube has a flange at its a periphery. The tubes reinforce the first concrete block, and the flanges are supported on the top side of the wall. The horizontal beam is fastened to these flanges. The prefabricated wall panel further includes a U-shape beam that extends from the top side to the bottom side and is positioned at or near the left side or the right side of the prefabricated wall panel. A plurality of slings spaced apart run along a length of the U-shape beam and can provide for assembling two wall panels.

摘要: The aim of the invention is to provide a novel construction system for buildings, having the properties of being multilayer, insulating, ductile, and lightweight.
To this end, the invention relates to a multilayer insulating construction system for a building, characterized in that
(a) this system comprises at least one wall associated with at least one hardened insulation layer,
(b) the maximum thickness of the hardened insulation layer is between 1 and 60 cm,
(c) the hardened insulation has a bulk density (BD) in kg/m3 that is less than or equal to 450; 300; 250; 200; 150; 100; and more preferably between 50 and 300; 150 and 250;
(d) this hardened insulation layer is prepared by mixing, with water, a dry composition (d) comprising:
-A at least one binder including:
-A1- at least one hydraulic or air binder;
-A2- possibly at least one water retention agent
-A3- possibly at least one surfactant;
-B- at least one bio-sourced aggregate based on sunflower stalk and/or corn stalk and/or rape stalk, having a Bulk Density(BD) in kg/m3 that is less than 110; preferably between 10 and 80;
(e) this composition having a ratio of A/B [mass of dry binder -A- in kg]/[mass of dry filler -B- in kg] comprised between 1 and 10.
Another object of the invention is the dry composition which, after mixing with water, enables manufacturing the hardened insulation layer of this construction system. The invention also includes the method for manufacturing the construction system.
