摘要: Electrode layers 121 to 128 are superimposed in a ceramic porcelain 1 with ceramic layers therebetween. The electrode layers 121 to 128 respectively include internal electrodes A1 to A8 and extraction electrodes B1 to B8. Giving a description on the electrode layer 121, one end of the extraction electrode B1 is connected with the internal electrode A1 in the same layer, and the other end of the same is led onto a side surface of the ceramic porcelain 1. Further, the extraction electrode B1 is formed to be thicker than the internal electrode A1 in the same layer.

摘要: A novel magnetic read/write system, in which a fixed MR head serves to read magnetically recorded data from a magnetic recording medium as it operates at a relative speed of 2.0 to 5.0 m/s with respect to the magnetic recording medium comprising a non-magnetic support and a magnetic layer. A fatty acid ester represented by general formula (I): 1 where R1 is a hydrocarbon having 4 or less carbons, and R2 is a straight-chain hydrocarbon having 12 or more carbons, exists between a read element of the MR head and the magnetic layer. This magnetic read/write system exhibits improved adherence to heads, running durability, and wear resistance of the tape in low temperature conditions as well as at room temperature.

摘要: This invention has an object of providing a method for producing a multilayer substrate or an electronic part wherein decrease in the thickness has been enabled without causing the problem of insufficient strength or the like in the handling, as well as the electronic part. Such object has been attained by a method for producing a multilayer substrate or an electronic part comprising the steps of adhering a conductor layer to a transfer film, patterning the conductor layer to form a predetermined pattern, placing the transfer film overlaid with the patterned conductor layer on a prepreg so that the side of the conductor layer faces the prepreg, and then adhering the transfer film to the prepreg by applying heat and pressure and peeling the transfer film to produce the prepreg having the conductor layer formed thereon; and the multilayer electronic part produced by such method.

摘要: A head assembly including a suspension, a head slider mounted on a front end portion of the suspension and having a magnetoresistive element, and a pair of lead lines formed on the suspension and having first ends connected to the magnetoresistive element. The head assembly further includes a metal ball connected by bonding to the pair of lead lines. In handling the head assembly as a separate member, a current caused by static electricity flows through the metal ball short-circuiting the pair of lead lines, thereby preventing burning of the magnetoresistive element due to the current. After mounting the head assembly to an actuator arm, the metal ball is removed to electrically open the pair of lead lines.

摘要: The present invention provides inexpensively an article with a hard coat excellent in anti-staining property, lubricity, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance. The present invention also provides a method for forming the hard coat. A hard coat agent composition comprising a cationic polymerization curing compound is applied onto a surface of an article (1) to be hard-coat-treated, thereby forming a hard coat agent composition layer, a surface material layer is formed by film-forming with a surface layer material comprising a cationic polymerization curing compound having anti-staining property and/or lubricating property on a surface of the hard coat agent composition layer, and active energy rays are irradiated onto the formed hard coat agent composition layer and surface material layer, or the both layers are heated so as to cure the both layers simultaneously, thereby forming a hard coat layer (2) contacting the surface of the article (1) and an anti-staining surface layer (3) contacting the surface of the hard coat layer (2).
