Abstract: A butyl rubber reactive bonding layer for a pre-applied reactive-bonding waterproofing coiled material, a preparation method therefor, and a pre-applied reactive-bonding waterproofing coiled material, relating to the technical field of high-molecular pre-applied materials, are disclosed. The butyl rubber reactive bonding layer is prepared mainly from the following raw materials: 100 parts of a raw rubber, 9.5-15.5 parts of a linear tackifier containing a terminal hydroxyl structure and 12.5-19.5 parts of an active filler. The active filler includes active silicon dioxide and aluminium oxide.

Abstract: A butyl rubber reactive bonding layer for a pre-applied reactive-bonding waterproofing coiled material, a preparation method therefor, and a pre-applied reactive-bonding waterproofing coiled material, relating to the technical field of high-molecular pre-applied materials, are disclosed. Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of waterproofing, and relates to a waterproof membrane, a preparation method and a construction method thereof, and a tunnel waterproof system. The waterproof membrane includes a resin sheet layer, a non-asphalt-based macromolecular self-adhesive layer and an interface bonding layer which are sequentially disposed, where the waterproof membrane has a light transmittance of ≥45%. The present disclosure provides a visual waterproof membrane, that is, light may penetrate through the membrane to make gaskets visual, and when the membrane has a light transmittance of ≥45%, it has good visibility for gaskets with warm colors such as orange and red.

The locomotive (10) for spreading a waterproof coil in a hot melt manner comprises: a locomotive frame (11), provided with a coil support (12); and wheel devices, a spreading device, a combustion and heating device and a coil compaction device that are disposed on the locomotive frame (11). The combustion and heating device comprises a combustion chamber (6) and a mixing chamber (2). The mixing chamber (2) is provided with a fuel gas inlet end (5), an air inlet end (28), and an outlet end (29). The outlet end (29) is connected to the combustion chamber (6). Multiple gas discharge holes (7) are formed in one side surface of the combustion chamber (6) in an axial direction. The locomotive (10) for spreading a waterproof coil in a hot melt manner improves the construction efficiency, reduces human power costs and reduces consumption of fuel gas.

Abstract: The present invention provides a modified cross-linked polyethylene and a preparation method therefor, and a recycled product and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the modified cross-linked polyethylene includes: milling waste cross-linked polyethylene by using a solid-phase force chemical reactor, and then using asphalt as a plasticizer for plasticization to obtain the modified cross-linked polyethylene. The plasticization treatment enables the decross-linked waste cross-linked polyethylene/asphalt material obtained after milling to have excellent processing fluidity, and thus, the decross-linked waste cross-linked polyethylene/asphalt material is suitable for preparing high-performance recycled products in various thermoplastic processing processes. The waste ultrafine cross-linked polyethylene powder subjected to asphalt plasticization can be formed in a compressive force field having a high pressure, and can also be suitable for thermoplastic extrusion processing of a low shear force field. The prepared recycled product has good mechanical properties.

Abstract: The present invention provides a polyacrylic acid copolymer emulsion, an organic-inorganic composite waterproof coating, preparation method thereof, and a waterproof coiled material. It can solve the problem that the granules dropping out from the prior waterproof membrane easily. The organic-inorganic composite waterproof coating according to the invention is prepared by compositing organic granules and inorganic granules, wherein the organic coating locks the inorganic granules, and prevents the inorganic granules from dropping out. Some exposed inorganic granules take part in the cement hydration reaction, and increase the bonding strength with the post-poured concrete. Furthermore, the organic-inorganic composite waterproof coating according to the invention does not need a buttering. It can reduce waste without an adhesive-resist insulation film/paper. Experiments prove that the peeling strength between the organic-inorganic composite waterproof coating and the concrete according to the invention is above 2.0 N/mm after being exposed to the sunshine for 8 weeks.
