The set of conduction elements comprising a first terminal and a second terminal designed to be coupled with a first and a second electrical contact terminal connectors, an electrical coupling element for the first and second terminals designed to allow electrical current flow from a first terminal to the second terminal. At least one of the conduction elements comprises a shunt conduit that is arranged through the conduction element so as to have a coolant flow therein.

摘要： An electrical connector assembly includes a plug with a plug body having a contact holder portion and an annular locking ring attached to the plug body. An elastic element holds the locking ring in a rest position. The locking ring has a first recess at a first end that creates a guide surface. The assembly also includes a mating connector having a plug-receiving portion configured to receive the contact holder portion of the plug. The plug-receiving portion includes a collar having a projection which, when mating the electrical plug and mating connector, engages the guide surface and rotates the locking ring. The locking ring has a second recess at a second end. The projection and the second recess are in a plane perpendicular to the plug-in axis in fully assembled state. The spring force rotates the locking ring and locks the plug body with the plug-receiving portion.

摘要： An electrical connector assembly includes a plug body comprising a first housing part and a second housing part with a plug-in portion. The housing parts are movable relative to each other along a housing axis. An elastic element holds the housing parts against each other. The second housing part has a projection with a first sliding surface diagonally to the housing axis. The electrical connector assembly further includes a mating connector having a collar with a second sliding surface cooperating with the first sliding surface. The second housing part is displaced away from the first housing part along the housing axis against a restoring force of the elastic element. The second sliding surface ends at a recess in the collar, so that the elastic element pulls the projection into the recess and locks the plug body with the mating connector.

The first plurality of printed circuit boards is interposed between the curved inner surface of the wall of the casing and the curved wall of the first heat sink so heat is dissipated through the first heat sink and through the curved wall equipped with cooling fins of the tubular casing.

摘要： An electrical contact terminal formed of sheet metal, an electrical connector comprising the terminal, and a method to manufacture the terminal is presented. The terminal includes a longitudinally extending cavity for receiving an electrical contact pin therein and a contact beam having a contact face arranged at least partially inside the cavity. The contact beam is configured to be deflected by the electrical contact pin to apply a contact force to the contact pin when the electrical contact pin is received in the cavity. The terminal further includes a flat support wall oriented substantially parallel to the insertion direction of the electrical contact pin. An aperture is formed proximate to an edge of the support wall to form a support spring element in the support wall. The support spring element is configured to engage with the contact beam when the same is deflected, thereby increasing contact force.
