    摘要: The present invention discloses an openable and closeable condensing apparatus, which is particularly applied in a two-phase liquid immersion cooling system. When servers start to operate, a large amount of heat will be dissipated from servers. The coolant is vaporized into a rising coolant vapor by absorbing heat dissipated from servers. Upon contact with a condenser, the coolant vapor is condensed back into a cooling liquid that is returned to the coolant-containing tank. By the heat exchange cycle in which heat dissipated from serves is absorbed by the coolant, servers can be maintained at a normal working temperature. However, in the process of condensation, the rising coolant vapor tends to scatter in all directions resulting in a failure to condense all of the coolant vapor. Therefore, the uncondensed coolant vapor will cause the pressure in the system to gradually rise, which eventually leads to an ineffective cooling of servers. In view of this problem, the disclosed invention provides an enclosed-type condensing apparatus for completely condensing all of the coolant vapor.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a two-phase immersion-cooling micro-grooved boiler, which is mainly used for heat dissipation of heat generating objects. The boiler comprises a heat transfer member and a capillary layer positioned in tight contact with a surface of the heat transfer member. The capillary layer has an array of micro-grooves which divides the capillary layer into a plurality of heat dissipating units. The bottom surface of the micro-grooves is coated with a thermal resistance layer. While the boiler operates, the working liquid can flow into the heat dissipating units from the sidewall of the micro-grooves without being blocked from contact with the heat transfer member by boiling-triggered bubbles. As a result, dry-out of the heat transfer member can be avoided, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the boiler and the flow-back rate of the working fluid.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hydraulic control system for construction machinery capable of variably adjusting a set pressure of a relief valve, which controls a set pressure of a hydraulic system, according to a value inputted by means of pressure in the hydraulic system or the manipulation of a joystick. The hydraulic control system comprises: a flow control valve installed in a passage between a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic actuator, for controlling the driving of the hydraulic actuator by being switched by a control signal according to the manipulation of the joystick; a main relief valve installed in a passage between an upstream-side discharge passage of the hydraulic pump and a hydraulic tank, for returning a working fluid to the hydraulic tank when a high load exceeding a set pressure occurs in the system; a pressure controlling means for controlling, either continuously or in stages, a set pressure of the main relief valve; a pressure sensing means for sensing a pressure at a discharge side of the hydraulic pump; and a controller for determining the value inputted by the manipulation of the joystick, and a required set pressure for the relief valve according to the system pressure sensed by the pressure sensing means, and then outputting a control signal to the pressure controlling means to enable a set pressure of the relief valve to be variably adjusted to a determined set pressure.
