    摘要: A scanning probe microscope having numerous advantages is disclosed. Respective scanning force and scanning tunneling probes are removably mounted in the head using kinematic mounting techniques so that they may be substituted for one another without the need to adjust the cantilever deflection sensor. A linear position-sensitive photodetector in the deflection sensor eliminates further the need for adjustments. A motorized, non-stacked x,y coarse movement stage is kinematically positioned with respect to the base and features a minimized mechanical loop to reduce thermal and vibrational effects on the position of the sample. A z coarse movement stage positions the head kinematically with respect to the base and includes a motorized drive means which allows the height, tilt and pitch of the probe to be adjusted. The scanner includes x,y and z sample position detectors which provide an accurate measurement of the position of the sample with respect to the probe. The z position detector provides an output which is exclusive of sample tilt and which may be used as an output of the scanning probe microscope. The outputs of the x,y and z position detectors may also be connected in feedback loops with the controller to improve the performance of the scanning probe microscope.

    摘要: Provided are a method for manufacturing a vacuum insulation glass panel and a device for closing a sealing cap, the method and the device being for exhausting air between two glass panels and sealing the same. The method for manufacturing a vacuum insulation glass panel, according to the present invention, heats the glass solder applied on the sealing cap before being put into a vacuum chamber, and then presses, by the operation of the elevating device, the sealing cap put into the vacuum chamber so as to join the sealing cap around the exhaust hole. The holder having the sealing cap is mounted in the clamping unit, and then the clamping unit is clamped to the glass panel assembly, thereby enabling the exhaust hole to be accurately closed with the sealing cap.

The memory device may compare one or more row addresses received along with a command, determine the page open/close state according to a page hit or miss generated as a result of comparison, count read or write commands with respect to pages corresponding to a same row address, and determine the page open/close state according to a read or write command number generated as a result of counting. The memory device may determine a page open/close state with respect to a corresponding page based on a page hit/miss and a read or write command number and output a flag signal.     摘要: Disclosed are a method and system for measuring leakage area for construction of smoke control equipment. The invention provides a system for measuring a leakage area of a test room that can include: a chamber positioned in the test room and storing air compressed by a compressor; one or more pressure sensors configured to measure a pressure change of the test room when the compressed air in the chamber is discharged instantaneously; and a gauging means configured to measure an effective leakage area in the test room by using a pressure change value of the test room detected by the one or more pressure sensors. Embodiments of the invention can enable an accurate measurement of leakage area at low cost.
