摘要: Disclosed is a rectifying device provided with a standby power reduction function. When a voltage of unsmoothed DC power, which is output from a rectifying unit that rectifies AC power, is lowered to be equal to or smaller than a discharge reference voltage at a time around a zero-crossing point of the AC power, the present invention can instantaneously discharge a capacitor, which has been charged with the unsmoothed DC power, to be synthesized with the unsmoothed DC power, and thus supply stable DC power to a load without using an electrolytic capacitor. In particular, the present invention can adjust a resistance value of a surge prevention switch connected in series with the capacitor to control a current amount flowing through the capacitor, and thus can prevent a surge voltage from being generated when charging and discharging the capacitor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a flexible flat cable including a plurality of conductive wires disposed between an upper film and a lower film, in which the conductive wires are fixed by a first thermal bonding resin of the upper film and a second thermal bonding resin of the lower film, an air gap is formed between the conductive wires, and a side end of the upper film and a side end of the lower film are bonded by the first thermal bonding resin and the second thermal bonding resin. Further, a length (L1) of the conductive wires is equal to a length of the lower film, so that an end portion of the conductive wires matches with an end portion of the lower film, the length (L1) of the conductive wires is longer than a length (L2) of the upper film, so that an exposed connection end of the conductive wires is exposed outward from an end portion of the upper film, a thermal-pressed end for pressing the air gap is formed at the end portion of the upper film by thermally pressing the end portion of the upper film so as to prevent a plating solution from entering the air gap in a plating process, and the first thermal bonding resin applied to the thermal-pressed end of the upper film and the second thermal bonding resin of the lower film are bonded to each other so as to surround a periphery of the conductive wires.

摘要: An “Overcomplete Audio Coder” provides various techniques for overcomplete encoding audio signals using an MCLT-based predictive coder. Specifically, the Overcomplete Audio Coder uses unrestricted polar quantization of MCLT magnitude and phase coefficients. Further, quantized magnitude and phase coefficients are predicted based on properties of the audio signal and corresponding MCLT coefficients to reduce the bit rate overhead in encoding the audio signal. This prediction allows the Overcomplete Audio Coder to provide improved continuity of the magnitude of spectral components across encoded signal blocks, thereby reducing warbling artifacts. Coding rates achieved using these prediction techniques are comparable to that of encoding an orthogonal representation of an audio signal, such as with modulated lapped transform (MLT)-based coders. Finally, the Overcomplete Audio Coder provides a true magnitude-phase frequency-domain representation of the audio signal, thus allowing precise auditory models to be applied for improving compression performance, without the need for additional Fourier transforms.
