    摘要: A system to prevent engine stalls for a machine having a power source is disclosed. The power source is in communication with a controller, which is configured to determine the temperature of the power source and compare the temperature of the power source to a predetermined threshold temperature. The controller is configured to disable power source braking if the temperature of the power source is less than the threshold temperature. The controller is further configured to determine the power source speed and the travel speed of the machine, and disable power source braking if the power source speed and machine travel speed are less than predetermined thresholds.

    摘要: Labeling objects on a computerized map in an efficient manner while avoiding collisions with both more and less important objects. A first list contains objects to be labeled on the computerized map, the objects being both points and non-points. Each of the objects in the first list has a label selection priority. A second list contains the a collection of objects from the first list having the lowest label selection priority. The system can draw each object in the first list to the computerized map in ascending order of label selection priority. As each object is drawn, the system labels the object with a label while avoiding collisions between the label and objects in the second list having a higher label selection priority than the object.

    摘要: A turbocharger system for use with an engine having a braking mode of operation is disclosed. The turbocharger system may have a turbocharger with variable geometry, and a sensor situated to generate a signal indicative of a turbocharger speed. The turbocharger system may also have a controller in communication with the turbocharger and the sensor. The controller may be configured to vary the geometry of the turbocharger during the engine's braking mode of operation to increase a backpressure of the engine. The controller may also be configured to vary the geometry of the turbocharger to reduce the backpressure when the signal indicates a speed of the turbocharger within an amount of a desired speed.
