Structured light approaches utilize a laser to project features, which are then captured with a camera. By knowing the disparity between the laser emitter and the camera, the system can triangulate to find the range. Four, 185 degree field-of-view cameras provide overlapping views over nearly the whole unit sphere. The cameras are separated from each other to provide parallax. A near-infrared laser projection unit sends light out into the environment, which is reflected and viewed by the cameras. The laser projection system will create vertical lines, while the cameras will be displaced from each other horizontally. This relative shift of the lines, as viewed by different cameras, enables the lines to be triangulated in 3D space. At each point in time, a vertical stripe of the world will be triangulated. Over time, the laser line will be rotated over all yaw angles to provide full a 360 degree range.

The closure further includes a rotor having a substantially planar lower surface having at least one product dispensing aperture formed therethrough, the rotor being molded in a second shot of a two-shot process from a low density polyethylene, the rotor being molded directly on the base in the two-shot process. A breakout plug is integrally molded with the rotor and connected by at least two axially aligned breakaway securing members, the breakaway securing members each having a structural connection between an outer perimeter surface of the breakout plug and a main body of the rotor, the structural connection having a larger cross sectional area at a connection adjacent the breakout plug than a cross sectional area at a connection adjacent the main body of the rotor. A hub is integrally molded with the rotor and extending therefrom through the central hub aperture and a hub securing member is positioned on a distal end of the hub that extends through the central hub aperture, the hub securing member having a larger diameter than a diameter of the central hub aperture.

The present invention provides for methods of managing the protein content of multiple distiller's grain co-products of a fermentation process. A valuable protein rich distiller's grain co-product having greater than 40 wt % protein on a dry basis can be removed from whole stillage or spent grains; however the protein content in the residual wet cake is reduced. The present invention provides for methods to mitigate protein depletion in wet cake by removing non-protein components from the wet cake stream, from the low protein thin stillage stream added to wet cake, or both streams. The present invention provides for blending protein depleted and protein enriched streams to meet the protein specifications of multiple distiller's grain co-products.

The system includes the vehicle having the tool carriage assembly mounted thereto, and a control system for controlling the correction of the displacement errors of the vehicle and the tool head.
