    摘要: A lithium battery (1) has a battery module (2), a battery package (5) for holding the battery module (2) therein, and leads (4) extending from the battery module (2) and projecting outside from the battery package (5). The battery package (5) is formed from a laminated sheet (10), and a peripheral part (9) of the battery package (5) is heat-sealed. Lead-insulating films (6) are interposed between the peripheral part (9) of the package (5) and the leads (4). Each of the lead-insulating films includes a heat-resistant base film (22), a polyolefin resin layer (21) formed on one of the surfaces of the base film (22) on the side of the laminated sheet (10), and an acid-modified polyolefin resin layer (23) formed on the other surface of the base film (22) on the side of the lead (4).

    摘要: A lithium battery (1) has a battery module (2), a battery package (5) for holding the battery module (2) therein, and leads (4) extending from the battery module (2) and projecting outside from the battery package (5). The battery package (5) is formed from a laminated sheet (10), and a peripheral part (9) of the battery package (5) is heat-sealed. Lead-insulating films (6) are interposed between the peripheral part (9) of the package (5) and the leads (4). Each of the lead-insulating films includes a heat-resistant base film (22), a polyolefin resin layer (21) formed on one of the surfaces of the base film (22) on the side of the laminated sheet (10), and an acid-modified polyolefin resin layer (23) formed on the other surface of the base film (22) on the side of the lead (4).

    摘要: Disclosed is a packaging material for forming an armor body for a battery, the armor body being adapted for use in such a manner that a battery body is inserted into the armor body and the peripheral edge of the armor body is then heat sealed for hermetic sealing, the packaging material being a laminate comprising at least a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, a barrier layer, a dry laminate layer, and a sealant layer, characterized in that at least the sealant layer comprises a low-fluidity polypropylene layer having low susceptibility to collapse upon exposure to heat and pressure at the time of heat sealing and a high-fluidity polypropylene layer having high susceptibility to collapse upon exposure to heat and pressure at the time of heat sealing, and the innermost layer is the high-fluidity polypropylene layer. This battery packaging material can impart moisture barrier properties and resistance to contents of the battery.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film comprising a resin composed mainly of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate and having an intrinsic viscosity .eta. in the range of from 0.31 to 0.6, said film having stretch ratios of 1 to 3 times and 1 to 3 times or 3 to 6 times and 1 to 1.8 times respectively in substantially mutually perpendicular directions and a thickness in the range of from 5 to 150 .mu.m;a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin comprising a blend composed mainly of two components of: a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0.3 to 0.5 dl/g and prepared by an esterification reaction of a dicarboxylic acid having a 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid content of not less than 90% by mole with a glycol having an ethylene glycol content of not less than 90% by mole, or a transesterification and a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0.5 to 0.7 dl/g and prepared by an esterification reaction of a dicarboxylic acid having a 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid content of not less than 90% by mole with a glycol having an ethylene glycol content of not less than 90% by mole, or a transesterification, the resin blend having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0.31 to 0.68 dl/g;a modified polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin prepared by an esterification reaction of a dicarboxylic acid having a 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid content of not less than 90% by mole with a hydroxy compound having an ethylene glycol content in the range of from 90 to 99.5% by mole and a content of a compound having three or more ester forming functional groups in the range of from 0.5 to 5% by mole, or a transesterification; andpackaging films or packs produced from these resins.
