    摘要： A reservoir is located in a fuel tank. The reservoir is in a bottomed tubular shape having a periphery defining an opening. A lid member is located in the fuel tank and mounted to the periphery of the reservoir to close the opening. A pump unit is partially accommodated in the reservoir to discharge fuel stored in the reservoir to an exterior of the fuel tank. The pump unit is located at a position offset from a center axis of the lid member. The pump unit has a projection projected from the lid member to an exterior of the reservoir. A remaining quantity detector is configured to detect a quantity of fuel in the fuel tank. The remaining quantity detector is located at a remaining space remaining in the fuel tank. The remaining space is located on the lid member and located around the projection.

    摘要： A high-pressure pump includes a plunger for pressurizing a fuel, a cylinder accommodating the plunger reciprocatably in its axial direction and a pump body. The pump body defines a pressurization chamber, a low-pressure fuel passage hydraulically connecting a fuel inlet and the pressurization chamber, and a discharge passage. The pump body further defines a cylindrical space around the cylinder. The fuel flows into the cylindrical space from the low-pressure fuel passage so as to cool the cylinder. The entire outer surface of the cylinder can be surely cooled.

    摘要： A housing of a high-pressure pump defines a passage communicating with a pressurizing chamber in which fuel is pressurized. The passage has an annular engagement groove which is radially outwardly concaved on its inner wall surface. A valve body is disposed in the passage. The engaged member is disposed inside of the passage wall. A valve body engaging member is comprised of a plurality of arc-shaped plate members, which form circular shape. The valve body engaging member is inserted into the engagement groove in such a manner as to be engaged with the valve body. A C-ring is firmly in contact with the plate members and biases them toward the engagement groove.

    摘要： In a housing, a damper member is placed in a fluid chamber communicated with a pressurizing chamber, at which a plunger is reciprocated to pressurize fuel, and an opening of the fluid chamber is covered with a cover member. The damper member includes first and second-side diaphragms. A first-side support member is located between the damper member and the cover member and is engaged with a first-side outer peripheral portion of the first-side diaphragm and the cover member. A second-side support member is located between the damper member and the housing and is engaged with a second-side outer peripheral portion of the second-side diaphragm and the housing. The first and second-side support members are urged between the housing and the cover member.
