    Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic component sealing lid which contains a liquid crystal polymer and suppresses detachment caused by reflow treatment. The electronic component sealing lid (10) according to the present invention includes a substrate that is formed from a liquid crystal polymer and includes a base section (11) and a wall section (12), and an inorganic substance (30) contained in the wall section (12), wherein the exposed area percentage for the inorganic substance (30) at a bonding surface (10a) of the wall section (12) is at least 5%.

    Abstract: An electrostatic chuck device containing a substrate, a stack stacked on an upper surface of the substrate in the thickness direction, and a ceramic layer stacked on an upper surface of the stack in the thickness direction. A sleeve formed from an insulating material is inserted into a through-hole that penetrates through the substrate and the stack in the thickness direction. The upper surface of the sleeve in the thickness direction has a two-level structure including a first upper surface positioned on the same plane as an upper surface of the substrate in the thickness direction, and a second upper surface positioned above the first upper surface in the thickness direction of the sleeve and disposed proximate to the ceramic layer. In a plan view, an edge portion of the stack is disposed on top of the first upper surface.

    A resin card medium laminated body before pressing is prepared by laminating, on a first plastic finishing sheet, a substrate having one electronic component or two or more electronic components installed on one side of the substrate, with the one side, on which the electronic component or electronic components are installed, facing upward, and laminating, on the substrate, mixed paper constituted of plastic fibers and plant fibers, and by subjecting the resin card medium laminated body to hot pressing at a temperature which is a softening point or more of the plastic fibers and less than a melting point of the plastic fibers.

    Abstract: Provided is a seal material having high rigidity without deformation or breakage, excellent corrosion resistance to fluid, and low solubility when used under high sealing force, and to provide a flow cell, a detector, and an analyzer in which there is no fluid leakage, contamination of the seal material components is prevented, and the replacement frequency is low. Provided are a seal material for an analyzer, including a resin and at least one layer of fiber sheet embedded in the resin, wherein the at least one layer of fiber sheet is embedded between and in substantially parallel to two seal surfaces: a first seal surface, which is one resin surface of the seal material; and a second seal surface, which is the other resin surface substantially parallel to the former one, and a flow cell, a detector, and an analyzer using the seal material.

    Abstract: This head-mounted display is provided with, closer to the viewing side than a color filter having a black matrix between pixels in a liquid crystal display panel (160), an anisotropic optical film (150), the linear transmittance of which changes according to the angle of incident light, wherein the anisotropic optical film (150) includes a single-layered or multilayered anisotropic light diffusion layer, on at least on one surface of the anisotropic light diffusion layer, surface asperities having an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.10 μm or less, which is measured in accordance with JIS B0601-2001, are formed, the anisotropic light diffusion layer has a matrix region and a plurality of pillar regions having a refractive index different from that of the matrix region, and the visibility of the black matrix is lowered by the anisotropic optical film (150), thereby making it possible to obtain a higher sense of immersion without feeling coloring.
