摘要: A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing, in specific proportions, a resin main component (C) composed of a polycarbonate resin (A) and an optional graft copolymer (B), an inorganic filler (D), a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a weight-average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000 (excluding (B)), and a phosphorus-containing modified polyester-based resin (H) prepared by modifying a phosphorus-containing polyester-based resin (F), which includes a dicarboxylic acid component containing a cyclic phosphorous compound of formula (1) and has a phosphorus content of at least 4% by mass with a polycarbodiimide compound (G), wherein (B) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer (a) and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer (b) in the presence of a rubber-like polymer (B1).

摘要: A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises a resin component (C) which consists of 80 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0 to 20% by mass of a specific graft copolymer (G) (wherein the total amount of the polycarbonate resin (A) and the graft copolymer (G) is 100% by mass), a recycled and/or repelletized polyethylene terephthalate resin (B), an inorganic filler (D), and a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a weight average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000 in a specified ratio.

摘要: A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing: 50 to 90% by weight of a polycarbonate resin; 10 to 50% by weight of a graft copolymer in which a polymer including an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer unit and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer unit is grafted to a rubber polymer; 61 to 129 parts by weight of a grass fiber which has been surface-treated with a water-soluble polyurethane, relative to the total of 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin and the graft copolymer; 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer; and 10 to 40 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid ester-based flame-retardant agent.

摘要: [Object] To provide lubricating thermoplastic resin compositions that can give formed articles exhibiting excellent lubricating properties and surface appearance and maintaining the lubricating properties permanently.[Solution] The lubricating thermoplastic resin composition includes an acid-modified copolymer (A) of a monomer mixture including an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, the copolymer having a carboxyl group in the molecular chain, and a functionalized lubricant (B) having, in the molecule, a functional group (B1) capable of reacting with the carboxyl group and a lubricating segment (B2) having lubricating properties. The composition may further include a graft copolymer (C) and/or an additional thermoplastic resin (D) other than the acid-modified copolymer (A).

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention contains a graft copolymer (B) obtained by polymerizing a vinyl-based monomer component (m1) in the presence of a composite rubber polymer (A) formed from a polyorganosiloxane (Aa) and a poly(meth)acrylate ester (Ab), and a (meth)acrylate ester resin (C) obtained by polymerizing a vinyl-based monomer component (m2), wherein the amount of the polyorganosiloxane (Aa) relative to the total mass (100% by mass) of the composite rubber polymer (A) is from 1 to 20% by mass, the volume average particle size of the composite rubber polymer (A) is from 0.05 to 0.15 μm, and relative to the total mass (100% by mass) of the vinyl-based monomer component (m2), the amount of the maleimide-based compound is from 1 to 30% by mass, and the amount of the aromatic vinyl compound is from 5.5 to 15% by mass.

A graft copolymer (B-I) produced by grafting at least one vinyl monomer (b-I) selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl, an alkyl (meth)acrylate, and a vinyl cyanide to a rubbery polymer mixture including a rubbery polymer (A-I) and a hydrophobic substance, the rubbery polymer (A-I) including an alkyl (meth)acrylate unit and a multifunctional monomer unit copolymerizable with the alkyl (meth)acrylate, the hydrophobic substance having a kinematic viscosity of 5 mm2/s or more at 40° C. or a kinematic viscosity of 2 to 4 mm2/s at 100° C., a principal constituent of the hydrophobic substance being a hydrocarbon. A thermoplastic resin composition includes the graft copolymer (B-I). A molded article produced uses the thermoplastic resin composition.

A thermoplastic resin composition that contains the graft copolymer (C) and a thermoplastic resin (D).
